I ordered a shrimp boil for 35 people. He quoted me just over $600 - no drinks and no servers. Cool. Today, 25 minutes before our event, this was delivered. I called and asked where the rest of the food was? After 16 minutes of back and forth, I got to talk to the ‘chef’. He told me that this is 14 lbs of 16/18 shrimp. That’s 6oz of shrimp per person, plus 4oz of sausage, two potatoes and one corn. 14 lbs of 16/18 shrimp is SIX SHRIMP EACH. He was upset that I suggested that that was ludicrous to feed grown hard working men. He offered no solution. So I let him know I would leave a justifiable review. Pics of the cooler we received. It’s disgusting. The scoop they provided in the cooler is disgusting. I was feeding longshoremen. They ate the food despite the delivery conditions. But we had to get BBQ on the fly for the other half of the party.

Everyone always enjoys when we cater fron Refined Cajun for our lunches. Great service, incredibly responsive, and even better food!

The food is amazing. They catered our wedding and we had an amazing oyster bar with all the fixings. We always enjoy the food and service. They were also great during covid feeding the community safely. A+

Hands down the best catering service we’ve ever booked! Chef Rob is not only a culinary genius, but his team’s attention to detail and experience helped to make our event beautiful and effortless! We can’t thank them enough, and highly Recommend. ☺️

Great service, very professional, and top of the line food. $600 may not get you an all you can eat shrimp buffet for 40 grown men, but prices are very good as well, especially for the quality.

Excellent food and service! They went above and beyond!! Everyone raved about the crawfish and bbq 🦞❤️ Generous amounts 🍻 They made hosting easy!

My family just had their fried shrimp, fried catfish and barbecue sandwich with peanut butter pie and buttermilk pie.
Folks, do yourself a favor, call this place and get yourself some great food.

Great food by a family oriented business. Nothing on the menu disappoints. If your at the corner of Baker and Bayway, just follow your nose and thank me later.

I use Refined Cajun & BBQ for all of my corporate lunch and learns. Absolutely never disappoints and customers love it. Highly recommended!

Great service. Customer service was amazing food was great and ambient was chill. Definitely should go and eat and hang out.
