Eating tasty seafood and nicely cooked pizza is a pleasant experience here. Good wine, gin or michelada are the most popular drinks of this restaurant. Clients don't highly appreciate coffee at ReedValley. Musicians play live music in the evening. The courteous staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. The professional service is a big plus of this place. Here you will pay average prices. The atmosphere is nice, as people find it. This spot is ranked 4.2 within the Google grading system.

This beautiful winery is picturesque. A great music venue with an indoor and outdoor option. We had a wine tasting. A great selection with bright flavors. There is a playground outside for kids
A Perfect Pairing: Food, Wine, and Warm Hospitality at Reedvalley. Reedvalley isn't just a vineyard; it's an experience. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted by stunning scenery and the promise of a delightful afternoon (or evening). But what truly elevates this vineyard to the top of my list is the exceptional combination of delicious food and exquisite wine, all served with genuine warmth and hospitality. The food is nothing short of phenomenal. Each bite is a testament to the chef's talent and passion for using fresh, high-quality ingredients. But what truly sets the experience apart is the personal touch. The chef took the time to visit each table, greeting guests and engaging in friendly conversation. This small gesture made a big difference, creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere.

Bad management! We booked for one of the shows, phoned TWICE to confirm a table at the back which is wheelchair friendly. They confirmed twice that it is booked for us. Get here, and the table is given to someone else and they just shrug. Clearly no regard for people in wheelchairs, or respect if you make arrangements beforehand.

Reed Valley should actually get 3 stars. But the vibrance, friendliness, outgoing entertaining personality of Monique definitely pushes it to 4 stars. Food, pricing, location, wine-tasting and general ambience is good. With Monique around it is an EXPERIENCE! Well done, all staff from reception to everyone passing by was recommendable. Enjoying some live music in the cosy theatre was also a definite plus.
Note to owner: A dish that contains only a teaspoon of edible matter should not be on a menu unless it's real caviar. If a customer's legitimate complaint is fobbed off by the chef and treated with passive aggressive disdain from the manager, it's time to retrain the staff to understand the meaning of good service.

Wine tasting in a succulent garden! What could be better. Such a unique experience. Knowledgeable staff doing the wine tasting, which made the experience even better. The dogs running around was a bonus! 🥰

The Succulent is a must-visit restaurant for anyone who loves fresh, locally-sourced food in a rustic country setting. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. Whether you're there for a romantic dinner or a day out with friends, you're sure to have a great time. I recently had the pleasure of trying their TELAVIV falafel and MEDITERRANEAN pizza, and I was blown away by the delicious flavors. The butternut and chickpea falafel in the TELAVIV was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, complemented by the creaminess of the hummus, the tanginess of the pickled red onion, and the freshness of the rocket. The MEDITERRANEAN pizza with salami, feta, olives, and either fresh rocket or basil pesto was equally delicious, with the savory salami and salty feta perfectly balanced by the acidity of the olives and the freshness of the rocket or basil pesto. To top it all off, I enjoyed a delicious cuppachino that perfectly complemented the flavors of the pizza. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at The Succulent and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Of the several wine farms I have been to, Reedvalley offers tastings and wine like any other. The food was good and the place had great views. However, the welcoming feeling and openness was lacking.
Rude, disrespectful and unwelcoming at door. No hello, welcome inside. Instead got attacked for holding a simple bottle of wine we were wanting to ask if corkage was allowed. Very disappointing and hurt to be addressed in that cold manner after spending R500 to watch a show there. Will not recommend this place.

We absolutely loved Reed Valley. The food was just absolutely delicious. We were greeted with this energetic welcome and bubbly young lady. We tried the amazing Gin on tap. Which was so yum. Careful as it tastes like coldrink. You soon can get plonked on that. We did the wine tasting and was so good. The vibe is fresh and energetic, this amazing family owned and run wine farm is really amazing. Will definitely refer our guests who stay at Amelia's guest lodge to try it out. The Portuguese food was really fantastic especially the prawn cakes and Portuguese custard tarts. So fresh and moreish. We will be back that's for sure.
