Always a good time at this Red Robin location. I had the Avo-Cobb-o salad with ranch and it was amazing! Tasted fresh, nothing old. Our waitress was very attentive the entire time and even the manager/supervisor went around asking if everything was alright. In my book, this is a great spot for a night out with friends/family or a date night. P.S. the pineapple upside down cake shake is super delicious. The sides are ‘endless’ in store, but they don’t even give you 10 french fries on a to-go order. I paid for a $2.99 ‘side of coleslaw’, and they gave me a half-full 2oz container. Unbelievable. This is most definitely the very LAST time I will ever order food or go to eat at a Red Robin. If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. The food is on average pretty good at this location and so is the service. Last time we ate here, my pregnant wife specifically asked for her burger to be well done, no pink meat, because she's pregnant and can't have that. The food came out and I swear her burger was more pink than mine. It was just a palm to the face moment, like we literally ordered this well done and it's still pink...Other than that occurrence this location is usually pretty great. Staff were on point, the food was amazing, what more could you ask for? You're able to request for different style of burgers but not medium rare, I understand though! So I ordered a medium, and it hit just right. The burger was juicy, nice and fresh, and absolutely delicious! The fries were also amazing with that special red robins spice they have on the table, highly recommended! There's also a simple burger for the fussy eater in your family or for the elderly that want an old school burger. Great place, great staff, 11 / 10 experience! Right when you enter the Red Robin. You are greeted by a host/hostess. He/she guides you to your table. There is a tablet on the table where you can automatically place your order or just wait for the waiter/waitress. The tablet also have games for children for an additional cost. For the kids, they receive a activity paper with a double ended crayon to entertain them. The appetizer we ordered was fried pickles. There was hardly any on the plate. I had ate a couple before taking the photo. The sauce was good. The burgers were cooked correctly. The steak fries where great. Nice and fresh! When you finish your fries. You can ask the waiter for more with no upcharge. Like the fries being endless. There also other menu items that have endless servings also. Not just the fries. The mac and cheese was nothing to brag about. It's just mac and cheese, Endless also. I had no problem with the service. Waiter/waitress was always checking up on us every few minutes. When you're done you can pay on the tablet that I mentioned earlier. Card only on the tablet. For cash payment, you have to wait for the waiter/waitress to handle your transaction. The restaurant itself smelled terrible, and I'm not sure who showed them what brisket burnt ends were, but the burnt ends hamburger I had was absolutely NOT IT! Well -first of all we were seated almost immediately. It was 5 o'clock so early for dinner I guess. A young lady appeared who was our server and took our drink orders. My dining partner got a fountain Coke and I ordered a house Pear Margarita. It was a bit of a risk since I don't tolerate poor quality tequila- it makes me sick to my stomach almost immediately. Lucky for me it all worked out and it was a very nice margarita probably about 6 ounces so perfect size. Good flavor. I ordered some Pretzel Bites and beer Cheese to share. IHubby orderied an entree' of Fish and Chips with Regular Fries as his side. The side dishes are endless here but that wasn't necessary..... he really enjoyed his meal. He said everything was good, the fish were small but the batter was perfect and the fries were perfectly cooked and salted. I ordered a Black and Bleu Burger with Sweet Potato Fries, it came with sautéed Portabella mushrooms and sautéed Onions along with shredded lettuce and mayonnaise. Also good-fries salted perfectly. Neither one of us usually eat dessert nor do we need it but again in honor of my 70th birthday I chose to order the mile high Chocolate Pie. ----Ended up being a good choice because hubby liked it as well so we shared it and it was certainly big enough to share!! Delicious mile high chocolate ice cream topped with whipped cream-over a toffee? Ice cream 1/2 " layer on top of an oreo crust!! Now honestly we don't go to Red Robin at home because we had a one time experience that wasn't very good. This experience has completely changed our mind and we are going to try our own Red Robin very soon!
