The wife and I went here for our "free" birthday burgers. However each of us had to buy something for $4.99 or more to get them. We got the desserts. Mine was excellent. The wife said the brownie was hard. We each got a Whiskey River BBQ burger. Mine was excellent. The wife's was pink and was returned. Second time it was excellent. I did ask for more bottomless fries, but never got them. Very busy and loud at the restaurant at 11:30 am on. Lots of kids for Monday. Maybe no school for Washington's birthday? Must be nice. I thought this place was great and then tonight happened. I'll let my picture of the smallest portion of fries and coleslaw I've ever had do the talking. Not going back here again. 🤷‍♂️

Absolute freaking nightmare of an experience. Never got our food. We ordered simple meals—chicken strips, a burger, and a kids' burger. Despite waiting almost an HOUR, our food never arrived even after our server REPEATEDLY assured us our order was "coming soon" or "next up", but those promises fell flat. Watching our three kids, aged 6, 3, and 1, grow increasingly restless and upset was DISHEARTENING. The breaking point was seeing a larger party seated 20 min after us get their food before us. We left FRUSTRATED and hungry, feeling awful for promising our kids a meal that never came. When we asked the manager and our server about our missing meal, we were told they couldn't find our order, which was both BAFFLING and UNACCEPTABLE after being reassured multiple times. This letdown was not only DISAPPOINTING but also made us rethink visiting or recommending Red Robin again, expecting a family-friendly environment that we did not experience. This was pathetic and and an absolute dog water of an experience. Definitely spend your hard earned money somewhere else. Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was what you pay for and should expect. Service was good. The server really was good. I didn't like seeing the water pitcher to fill everyone's glasses w just sitting on the ledge behind my wife in the middle of a walkway. We both had the fish sandwich. It was so large that we each took half home for the next day. The fish was fried perfectly and was flakey and tasty. Our server provided very good service. We went there for an early dinner and ordered the chicken wrap and the Cali burger. The wrap was lacking sauce and flavor. The burger was bland with no seasoning and just average. The first order of fries were very soggy and under cooked. The replacements were excellent. The best part of the experience was the service from Gina and her sister. It was awesome. First time in a Red Robin in like 10 years and I was pleasantly surprised! First visit ever to this specific location! The decor is fun and updated from what I remember before. The wait was about 20 minutes less than quoted which was awesome for a Friday night! The food was just as nummy as I recalled previously, but the star of the show was our server. He was definitely slammed with other tables but still made sure to give us the attention we needed, made sure to check on our food quality, offered refills at very appropriate times and went above and beyond to make our visit great! EDIT: After Kate the manager and corporate contacted me to rectify the situation, we visited this location again this past weekend. We had an amazing server, Tanya. Attentive, funny, friendly and deserves a 5-star recommendation herself. Food was awesome, fries were hot and plentiful, really pleased. We will be back. Thank you to the people that reached out to bring us back in. This restaurant tonight was the worst service I’ve ever received. We were asked if we wanted a high top and said no, so were sat at a 4 seat table in the bar area. Someone came by to ask if we were ordering takeout, we said no of course not. A waitress came by and got our drink order, and we were already ready to order our food. Next the maybe manager for the evening (short, plump, green shirt and black pants) came over and said we don’t allow self seating. We said we were just sat here, and she said then where are your menus? We told her our order had been taken, she didn’t believe and asked us to leave. This was their mistake in seating us, and she could have verified that with the waitress or young girl that sat us. We love the burgers, but will never set foot in ANY Red Robin again. Enjoyed a leisurely lunch with my wife. She had the haystack tavern double burger with salad and I had the pig out tavern double with regular fries. We both enjoyed the food, though I was disappointed that the sweet potato fries were apparently not bottomless as they were out of them when we ordered. Service was friendly and efficient. Refills on drinks and fries were prompt. Our first time at this restaurant, though not our first experience with the chain. Food was predictably tasty, but the service made it stand out from other Red Robin stores. So disappointing my last visit. The waitress was awesome but my order was another story. I asked for my burger to be cooked well done, instead it was raw in the middle. At least the french fries were pretty good. I was somewhat strapped for time and didn't have the time to bring this to the waitress's attention. Finished my coffee, paid my bill and left. Only one bite out of my order. Use to love Red Robin but it's really not the same as I remember. I won't be spending my earnings here in the future and won't recommend it as well.
