It was alright, I love Red Robins, but this was my first time being disappointed with a Red Robin. The service was EXTREMELY slow. They sat us relatively fast at a table but didn't actually get our drinks until 10 minutes of us sitting had passed. Once our waitress got our drink order, we waited about another 7-10 minutes for the water to come, and then she took our order after leaving for another table. The wait for the food was alright, so I was excited to finally get my Bleu ribbon with garlic fries until I realized she gave me garlic broccoli instead 😐😒🤢🤮. I don't know how she mixed that up, but I guess it was for a good laugh. Once we asked for our checks after we ate, we waited for another 5-8 minutes with our cards on the table while we saw our waitress talking wasting even more time. So for this place, I would say the food is always delicious as any Red Robin, but I think they may be understaffed, which leads to long wait times. I haven’t been to a red robin before, yesterday was my first time. When the fried pickles came out they were so greasy i couldnt eat them due to a stomach issue, one of the people at my table ended up getting cold fondue, but when asked our waitress took it back and brought out a fresher hot one. On the salad i wasn’t expecting the cheese to be like the one out of bottle but nevertheless it was still a good salad just couldnt grab any cheese with the fork.
