This location may just have been having an off day (although it was completely empty inside..) but our experience was a mess. I in with a party of 5, we ordered 2 onion ring towers and another appetizer, we only received 1 tower. When we asked about this we received the 2nd tower and it was a greasy wet mess. Very gross. It was dripping down the tower onto the table, it was that greasy. Our server was also the bartender, but as I said... the entire place was nearly empty. There was nobody sitting at the bar, however, we never saw our server once food was served. Our drinks would be empty and I had to go out of my way by getting up from the table to go to the bar and request refills. We would use the call button on the table top computers and no one would respond. Anyways, look, it's Red Robin, you get what you get at a chain restaurant. But for a $200+ meal, SOME type of service and care in food prep would be nice.

Most of the food was good, but they were busy, so our onion rings didn't come out with everyone else's appetizers and when they did they were undercooked. Our server did the best she could, but she was working the bar with no help.

Food was delicious, lettuce "wrap" on a burger doesn't seem to be a thing now with gluten free buns available. They did put a couple slices of lettuce on the outside, but not like back in the day where you could actually pick up your burger and eat it. The lemonade flavors we tried were, hmm, interesting? maybe. My companion said the coffee tasted old and stale. I was glad for the water I had also ordered.
Staff was super friendly and helpful, but seemed overly busy, like someone was missing or they were otherwise short staffed.
Overall, things seemed to be a bit worn down.

The food was chain restaurant quality, good but not too good. They set us by the front door when there was plenty of seats other places, kinda cold. Kids meals were good and reasonably priced.
