This location may just have been having an off day (although it was completely empty inside..) but our experience was a mess. I in with a party of 5, we ordered 2 onion ring towers and another appetizer, we only received 1 tower. When we asked about this we received the 2nd tower and it was a greasy wet mess. Very gross. It was dripping down the tower onto the table, it was that greasy. Our server was also the bartender, but as I said... the entire place was nearly empty. There was nobody sitting at the bar, however, we never saw our server once food was served. Our drinks would be empty and I had to go out of my way by getting up from the table to go to the bar and request refills. We would use the call button on the table top computers and no one would respond. Anyways, look, it's Red Robin, you get what you get at a chain restaurant. But for a $200+ meal, SOME type of service and care in food prep would be nice.

Was in the mood for a great burger - so we headed to Red Robin. The service was great, the food hot and arrived quickly. As it was a holiday, the place was pretty empty so the music was very loud and the air conditioning was a little on the chilly side.

I love Red Robin! It’s one of our top restaurants to eat at. They are all a 4-5 star with service. HOWEVER tonight I was highly disappointed with service at the Harrisburg location.
Wait time was great. Taking our order right away was great. Waiter had no idea what was on tap for an alcoholic drink. I ordered ribs (which I order alot at all locations) They were charcoal black, I was very disappointed as all I taste was burnt compared to tasting the good sauce. We did not get asked how we are doing or if we need any refills or bottomless sides filled. Not Once!
Wait over 20min once completed eating to ask if we needed boxes. Our waiter passed our table plenty of times even looked at us but didn’t stop to ask. They were not that busy either.
I love Red Robin. But I’m very disappointed and would not recommend the Harrisburg location unless you want disappointment.

We eat gluten-free due to celiac. We both ordered cheeseburgers with gluten-free buns and gluten-free fries (they have a dedicated fryer). Their gluten-free buns hold together well and are tasty and not dry. Their fries come with free refills. The food was really good. The staff were all friendly and our waitress took good care of us.
I recommend looking at their website before you go. You can filter for allergies and find out all the ingredients.

Bottomless Fries
Food was delicious, lettuce "wrap" on a burger doesn't seem to be a thing now with gluten free buns available. They did put a couple slices of lettuce on the outside, but not like back in the day where you could actually pick up your burger and eat it. The lemonade flavors we tried were, hmm, interesting? maybe. My companion said the coffee tasted old and stale. I was glad for the water I had also ordered.
Staff was super friendly and helpful, but seemed overly busy, like someone was missing or they were otherwise short staffed.
Overall, things seemed to be a bit worn down.

Service was perfect as was the food. My spouse choose the spicier jalapeno burger while I enjoyed the teriyaki burger with pineapple. It words for us that one orders the bottomless salad and the other the fries. My only reluctance to give five stars is that the burgers are over priced.
Most of the food was good, but they were busy, so our onion rings didn't come out with everyone else's appetizers and when they did they were undercooked. Our server did the best she could, but she was working the bar with no help.

After a day of riding, we stopped by this Red Robin after having a great experience a few years ago at the Hershey location. What a mistake that was. As we entered the restaurant there were teenagers screwing around on their phones and just plain screwing off. Then we were told there would be a 15-20 wait to be seated. THE PLACE WAS 3/4 EMPTY!!! 6:00 on a Thursday evening?! When we finally got seated we noticed the teenagers continue their charades with their phones as tables went uncleaned. The only person who saved this trainwreck of service was the young lady who took care of us and the one who was training her. They were attentive, polite and engaged with customers. Terrible front end help. Only good thing was the food was ok and the two young ladies on the back end. Doubtful we'll ever spend the money here again though.

The food was chain restaurant quality, good but not too good. They set us by the front door when there was plenty of seats other places, kinda cold. Kids meals were good and reasonably priced.

Solid place for a burger. Believe it or not, their chicken sandwich is top notch 😁. Staff was timely and nice, food was hot. The tables, ketchup bottles were sticky so a thorough cleaning would do wonders.
