Red Mango Cayey! Very good place for frozen yogurt, lots of toppings to choose from. There is also sandwiches, wraps, and a lot of other stuff. Açai is meh, it has way too little açai and too much fruit. 9/10
I was standing in line and the person at the cash register women with long hair literally skipped us made the man’s drink behind and then told us to move out the way so he could pay. I understand that he’s a regular but I will never spend any money at a place that treats me like that. I highly recommend going somewhere else.
Worst customer service experience. I have visited this place a few occasions and only the first time was a good experience. Since then, they are always lacking either some kind of fruit and even X yogurt flavor. But this last time was the worst: since part of the menu screen was not working ( as usual) and we wanted to order juice, we asked what was available. The staff treated us like we were stupid people for not knowing their juice menu. my daughter replied that last time she tried to order juice, the employee told her they were not making any, now the same employee told her that they were not serving juice that day because they didn’t want to clean the juicer. After some back and forth, instead of just telling us their juices, that same employee scurried back and brought a laminated paper menu for us to look at. Later, when we were sitting inside, one of them (maybe the manager since she had a black top) started to THROW AROUND, tables and chairs right beside us while putting the sign WET FLOOR. This all happened around 5 pm Sunday April 9. Needless to say, i will be eating my yogurt elsewhere. Businesses fail due to lack of or mediocre service. This is one of them.
Clean environment inside although the tables outside felt like they were not cleaned often. Well mannered but the prices, like most other healthy food restaurants, were a little over what I would pay for what I ordered. Recipes are tasty but once again, the prices make you think teice before visiting again.
The food here is great. I love their sandwiches, would have given 5 stars but Red Mango needs to update their policy regarding customers bringing their own mugs. It's in the best interest of the company as they reduce dependance on buying coffee cups and it reduces waste generated by patrons. Really wish Red Mango fixes this.
Otherwise a good place. All the staff are always very nice and helpful, my criticism is against management.

I ordered 3 lattes and 3 hot chocolates. My hands were full holding my baby so a very helpful employee helped carry all my drinks to the car.
Frozen Yogurt has lower sugar levels than other places on the island. They offer fresh juices, although the produce is not all from Puerto Rico. Why is a place called red Mango not sourcing from the biggest crop in PR?
