Chicken Mandi
We need to ask each and every item particularly as they are not serving properly. Black tea served was cold. The size of chicken was small. The ambience of restaurant is nice and parking lots are plenty.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rayyan Mandi restaurant in Qatar and tried their Kuzhi Mandi. To put it simply, the experience was nothing short of delightful. The Kuzhi Mandi was truly awesome, a perfect blend of flavorful rice and tender, well-seasoned meat that made every bite a savory delight.
In addition to the Kuzhi Mandi, I also had the chance to savor their Chicken Lollipops and Sulaimani, which were complementary dishes. The Chicken Lollipops were beautifully presented and had a delicious crispy exterior while maintaining juicy and succulent meat on the inside. The Sulaimani was a refreshing and tangy drink, a perfect complement to the rich flavors of the main dish.
The overall dining experience at Rayyan restaurant was exceptional. The staff was courteous, the ambiance was pleasant, and the quality of the food was top-notch. The complementary Chicken Lollipops and Sulaimani were a pleasant surprise that added to the enjoyment of the meal. If you're a fan of Middle Eastern cuisine and looking for a memorable dining experience, I highly recommend trying the Kuzhi Mandi at Rayyan restaurant.

Restaurant Review: Rayyan Mandi
**Appetizers:**
Our culinary journey at Rayyan Mandi commenced with a visually appealing salad plate, featuring an array of delights – Raita, Mint chutney, Chilli Mixture, and a Dates Paste. The harmonious blend of flavors set a promising tone for the feast ahead, and the presentation showcased attention to detail.
The prelude continued with a stellar performance from the Mutton Broth Soup. Served piping hot, this refreshing soup not only tantalized the taste buds but also provided a comforting warmth, making it an ideal start to our gastronomic adventure.
**Main Courses:**
The star of the show was undoubtedly the Chicken Mandi. Hailing as one of the best in Qatar, the chicken exhibited unparalleled tenderness, and the rice boasted a smoky flavor that danced on the palate. Each forkful was a testament to the chef's expertise in achieving the perfect balance of textures and flavors.
The Chicken Madbee, a spicier rendition cooked over charcoal, proved to be a revelation. Its unique flavor profile set it apart from traditional charcoal BBQ chicken, making it a top contender – second only to its Turkish counterpart. The rice is the same of Chicken Mandi
**Complimentary Treats:**
As a postlude to the main courses, Rayyan Mandi bestowed upon us a plate of "Sweet Balls" as a complimentary offering. While they didn't reach the same heights as the preceding dishes, they served as a pleasant sweet note to conclude the savory journey. They need to improve this
To cap off the culinary adventure, the complimentary Sulaimani, a black tea with mint, acted as the perfect denouement. Its refreshing qualities and delightful taste provided a satisfying conclusion to our dining experience.
**Consistency and Rating:**
The only asterisk in this culinary symphony is the aspect of consistency. There have been two occasions where the experience faltered, but recent visits suggest a commitment to improvement and the improvement can be seen. If this upward trajectory is sustained, Rayyan Mandi undoubtedly deserves a solid 5/5 rating. The current 4-star rating reflects the occasional inconsistency but acknowledges the recent positive trends that instill confidence in the restaurant's future endeavors.
In conclusion, Rayyan Mandi is a culinary gem in Qatar, offering an array of dishes that showcase both skillful preparation and a commitment to elevating traditional flavors. Whether savoring the tenderness of Chicken Mandi or relishing the unique spiciness of Chicken Madbee, the dining experience at Rayyan Mandi is a journey worth undertaking.

An well-organized mandi restaurant featuring a variety of mandi flavours. Value for the money is 5 out of 5.
I thought the flavour was not authentically mandi.
The servers are disoriented and lack professionalism in their work.

Good food , service and atmosphere to have varieties of arabic foods. Mandi is tasty and quantities are also more than enough, food price is also slightly lower than other famous mandi restaurants in qatar. I guess they have branches in uae and other countries, I got complimentary sweets and tea after the meal, side dishes are also more than enough to eat.

I recently visited Rayyan in Wukair with high hopes of enjoying a pleasant dining experience, but unfortunately, my visit left much to be desired. The overall atmosphere was chaotic and disorganized, and it was evident that the establishment was struggling to meet the needs of its patrons.
Upon arrival, I noticed that there were few available seats, yet the staff seemed completely unaware of the long queue of people waiting to be seated. Despite the obvious need for additional seating, no action was taken to accommodate the waiting guests. This lack of awareness and poor customer service left many patrons feeling frustrated and ignored.
Furthermore, it was evident that the hotel was primarily focused on fulfilling takeaway orders, rather than prioritizing the needs of dine-in customers. This resulted in a rushed and unorganized environment, with little attention paid to those who had chosen to dine in.
I was particularly disappointed by the attitude of the staff, who displayed a lack of courtesy and professionalism. Many customers, including myself, observed numerous individuals leaving the hotel without being seated, their faces reflecting their obvious dissatisfaction with the service.
Overall, my experience at Rayyan in Wukair was incredibly disappointing. The lack of organization, poor customer service, and overall chaotic atmosphere make it difficult to recommend this establishment to families or anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience. It is my hope that management will take steps to address these issues and improve the quality of service provided to their customers in the future.
