it’s amazing experience. the place and the decorations incredible. there is indoor and outdoor “smoking area” . the staff nice and professional. for the menu’s they have all variety of coffee. the taste of the coffee incredible really and perfect.

I’m one of the regular customers of Ratio speciality coffee here in tabuk. I’m coffee lover, i like your coffee and the ambience but im so disappointed for one things on your coffee shop. I request to the staff if i can used a customers toilet but sadly the staff told me they don’t have key and im asking why the toilet always close where is the key for the toilet. All staff they don’t know where or they don’t know who the person keep the key. I think some customers have the same problem on your coffee shop. I Hope make an action or avoid of this kind of incident.

Place set up looks great clean and neat. But Tables are too small and coffee doesn't taste any good. Chairs are not comfortable. The place needs to change the seats add cooling system to outside sets and improve their coffee taste

I love this place in the morning it is quiet and beautiful, I pre-ordered v60 and Americano and they were delicious

AC was set unreasonably cold (other friends shared that sentiment) to the point of having to go outside to warm up. Music was way too loud to work. The barista was quite unpleasant and not keen on me not being able to speak Arabic. Coffee was tasty and ambiance nice.

Ratio is a fine speciality coffee place. Coming from the east coast, A very respectable Saudi Brand which I’m Will be a great addition to Tabuk.
