On our way back from Kouri Island , had to stop at Ramen Dambo for their ramen. Luckily we called and sort off them our group of 7 is coming. With their limited English, we can still get seated. Very popular ramen restaurant, had car park right in front. Defintely high

First, let the service staff know how many people to seat. Ordering and payment is done through a machine as you wait for your seat to be readied. Pay through the machine and collect your order coupons. The service staff will pass you a pen to indicate your preferences for your ramen. You can select thin/thick noodles, hardness of noodles, thickness of soup, green onions or none, which ingredients you’d like to omit, etc. Add-ons are available through the ordering machine.
Once you are seated, the service staff will collect your ordering coupons and serve you your ramen accordingly. Service was quick and efficient.
I loved the negigoma ramen with thin noodles. All ramen are made using tonkotsu broth and the branch is said to be from Fukuoka.
Parking is available at the restaurant.

There were so many customization options on how we'd like our ramen as well. I went with the thin noodles, extra chewy, spicy with the regular broth. Loved it.

My friend and I stopped in after exploring the Nago Castle park. We had worked up an appetite and both love ramen so we were very excited. There were a lot of good reviews and this place definitely did not disappoint! We really loved this place because you could customize your ramen to your specific liking. You could choose the broth, thickness and firmness of the noodles, as well as the spice level. There were choices if extra green onions, meat, noodles and egg. The staff were friendly and helped us choose our spice level which was from 1-20! The food came out very quickly and everything we ate was delicious! The gyozas were small but tasty. The restaurant is very clean with a decent size seating area. There was a parking lot which always makes it easier. I am pretty sure the ticket machine you ordered at did take cash and card. We will definitely return when we are in the Nago area again!

Quite a nice ramen experience. There are lots of people even at 3pm. We tried 4 different types of ramen including the Dry ramen. They are all pretty decent but still think Ichiran is better.

I have been going here for two years and I have loved it up until the past 6 months. When you sit down you usually get water. Many occasions including this one that has not happened. Then I see a group of people sit next to me and they are served water. When a kind gentleman pointed out that I had gotten cola (due to no water) the younger female looked and ignored. The ramen at this location has become spotty with the quality you get. I would suggest Okinawa mihara location instead.
** It’s not just me who I see get bad service as well which is sad. Most people coming here speak different languages so to see food set down rudely, ignored, side eyed, or dismissed is odd to me since that wasn’t as big when I first started coming. Thanks for all the ramen but no thanks to the feelings you have when you leave this place.

If you’re planning lunch otw to the Aquarium or staying around the area, then this Tonkotsu ramen is definitely a must have! The staff were young but very professional. Best ramen in Nago!
I suppose this is not nearly the best ramen you can have in Japan or even in Okinawa. But as a soup lover I can say it was not bad. Interesting experience when you choose types of ingredients by marking them down on a small peace of paper.
Overall we had quite nice impressions especially if you take into account that it’s a chain place.
Delicious ramen. You need to order through the self service kiosk and of course we needed help which they kindly provided. I am always just amazed at how kind and patient they are with all the dumb tourists who can't seem to work these kiosks 🤣Staff was very friendly and helpful
