Passing by Lego Imagination Center, visit this restaurant. Ordering nicely cooked fish tacos, shrimp tacos and nacho chips is what many clients advise. You can order tasty ice cream, cheesecakes and creamy cakes. Based on the reviewers' opinions, waiters serve good draft beer. You will hardly forget delicious coffee or great smoothies that you can try. Food delivery is a big plus of Rainforest Cafe. The high ratings of this place wouldn't be possible without the terrific staff. Fast service is something that guests note in their reviews. Prices at this spot deserve attention since they're low. First time coming here and it was quite the experience. The best part? I did really enjoy my meal. If I ever see a Cuban sandwich on the menu, I’m likely to order it and this one was good. I loved the “rain storm” show that happens about every 20-25 minutes. The worst part? There’s usually a wait to get in and we were okay with this and walked around while we waited for a text message saying our table was ready. Initially, we were told to come back about 1.5 hours but when we did, the hostess said it was 2 hours. I told her that’s not what we were told but she was a tad rude and didn’t seem to care. We had already waited awhile so we stuck it out for another 30 minutes. This place is also super family friendly so keep in mind there are many kids, it’s loud and you’ll have a birthday song being sung often. It was a fun experience but I think going once is enough for me. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

10/10, I absolutely loved coming back here after all these years. The food was amazing, I had the creole mac n cheese and they nailed that. The atmosphere was just like I remember it, though of course they have moved it to another area in the mall. They still have the rainstorms which is super fun to watch and the animatronics are fun as well. Then talking with Charles and Tasha made it even more enjoyable. They were both super nice, honestly makes me want to come back and make the trip again. I recently ate at the Rainforest Cafe in order to connect and relive nostalgic memories. The energy in the restaurant is fun, but the food leaves lots to desire especially for the price. The inside of the restaurant was great. There are animatronic animals around most of the seating. The thunderstorm still occurs every 20 minutes. There is a photographer that goes around table to table to take a complimentary photo and offer other photos at a price. I ordered the pulled pork burger. It was a solid burger, but just wasn't a fan of the coleslaw on it. Others in my group were also underwhelmed with the food. You are really paying for the experience in the restaurant. Only recommend going here for the experience and atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food is mediocre at best and our service wasn't great. The Ambiente is perfect for something extraordinary! There are „storms“ every 30min and everything looks fancy. The food is average for an American restaurant. It basically serves everything so there is something for everyone. You pay mainly for the Ambiente though, which makes the food a little more overpriced. I'm going to be honest I got the taste of the islands and the fried shrimp it tasted like sugar the fries tasted like sugar the rice and beans tasted like nothing the sauces tasted like cinnamon and sugar, I didn't even want to drink my beer at all. The waitress Rachel was nice but the food was way below satisfaction so i couldn't even enjoy anything on my plate , with my family, order came to 245.32. Let's just say Never again. Seriously the worst dining experience we have EVER had! We had a reservation and still waited 20 minutes beyond that time for our table. Then it took our waitress over 30 minutes to even take our order! We waited ANOTHER hour for our food and once it finally came - 2 out of our 3 meals were wrong!! My daughter has Celiac disease and her burger came on a regular bun! Next they tried to swap out the bun and bring the same burger back! Please do not eat here if you have an allergy because they clearly do not take things seriously! Also with how long the food took, it was cold! We were there for 2 1/2 hours as a family of 4. They charge for kid's refills... the list goes on and on. Our check was over $100 for 3 meals and the service was absolutely terrible! We LOVED it, the food was great, the drinks were great, we even got souvenir cups with our alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks! They even take photos! We'd heard of the restaurant before. Had to experience it first hand. It was a lot to take in from the moving animals to the lighting to the thunder and lightning every 15 minutes. It's a place where a person with ADHD is entertained. The service staff where running everywhere, and the food was great, but the distractions where a bit overwhelming.
