Rocha Do Inferno is pretty good, where it stands out is the service from the waiting staff. We had the pleasure of being served by Zoe and it was nothing short of splendid. She was waiting what seemed like all of the outside tables and it was very busy. Unfortunately the food took a long time to come out of the kitchen (about 40-45 minutes) tables were getting their food faster, and by this time we had finished all of our drinks before our food arrived. When it did come we had the pork sandwich with an egg and eggs Benny with avocado. The eggs Benny was amazing; refreshing, light, and tasty. The pork sandwich however was incredibly tough the first go round, after sending it back it came out perfect. The chips are seasoned with herbs which actually was a first for us, and definitely something we will try at home. Being so close to “the mouth of hell” is wonderful as it’s a short walk away after you’ve eaten. Hopefully others have a better experience with the kitchen! Thanks again Zoe!

Great food and service. Right next to Inferno, we were dreading high prices, but this place is completely reasonable, and the portions are good. Had a delicious soy latte with cinnamon, and the ice cream and pastries are really tasty.
Cute, quaint, & delicious!! Conveniently located right outside Bocha do Inferno, this place has everything delicious. We had the Hawaiian sandwich, the sweet potatoes with cheese, the ham & cheese sandwich, and a few other dishes. All were awesome 👌. The coffee was the best we've had in Portugal. Keep up the great work!! Mahalo for the delicious grinds 🤙🏽
Food is good and servers are wonderful. But the man at the ice cream bar, who I learned is the owner’s husband, is horrible. He yelled at my 6 year old for wanting to try two (yes 2) flavours. “You can’t just keep trying all the flavours you like!” This is after we had told him we would get 2 cups. What kind of person yells at a child for trying ice cream flavours? That is the whole point of ice cream shops. This man was the rudest person I have encountered in a long time and made our otherwise wonderful trip to Cascais a bit sad. Since he is married to the owner, it made me question their business practices. Have no idea how he treats the staff if he treats children this way.

A very good restaurant with great prices, amazing food, tons of desert and drink options! Very close to the Boca Do Inferno with great views. The service was fast and friendly. The place is owned by brothers who are super friendly and professional. Happy to eat here!
Delicious food, great service, we were planning to order 3 things but the lady was nice enough to tell us that it might be too much for us and advised to start with 2 dishes and then see if we need another one. We ordered the poarched egg dishes and both were amazing.
I was here back in January of 2018, and one morning while walking to the Boca do Inferno, found this little cafe. Stopped in for an espresso. The operators of the cafe were really nice and understanding, and the espresso was damn good, too. I didn't have time to look at their local specialties, but when I return to Cascais I will make sure to return. I follow them on Instagram, and everyone should do the same!
