Astoundingly understaffed. Every time I go, usually late afternoon/early evening, it is only self-checkout. The store feels fairly abandoned and like they simply just decided to force customers to do the labor that they should be paying checkers to do in order to cut costs.

It's a rare find to have a full grocery store in a downtown location anymore. This grocery store has it all and it's QFC so you know it's fresh. Decent organics too!

Cynthia and Jamie, you two deserve an award! Day before Thanksgiving rush and these two woman were amazing and such a bright light at the checkout line! Customer service was over the top. I hope Qfc sees this and recognizes that they have employees that leave such a positive impact on their customers!!

Friendly staff, large shop floor, nice deli, a Starbucks counter and clean restroom. I shop here whenever I'm in the area. Easy access and plenty of parking spot.

Would give 1 star, but honestly, Cynthia is a gem and definitely keeps this place afloat. Seriously... this branch is way understaffed and to be quite frank, RUDE (Save for Cynthia).

Customer service low. Self checkout all the way down the isle. Only 1 checker. So they call another. Ok cool!!! But then the other one leaves immediately. All the people in line have puzzled looks. WTH

Very limited selection in the Downtown Bothell location. I have also had three experiences now, one with their deli and two with their bakery, where they didn't follow through with my orders even after I ordered well in advance. This was due to short staffing, which I was understanding about the first couple of times, but it has now been 2+ years of this pattern. The last cancellation was not in time for me to order elsewhere in time and really left me in a pickle. Staff are not outwardly rude, but not friendly. Really prefer the Canyon Park location after my experiences here.

I would rate 0 for the manager at this store. No checkers only self check and 25 deep or more in line if not more. It was 4pm not midnight. I feel bad for the employees who have to work at such a poorly run store.

Nice grocery store. It is in a good location. Pretty good selection for the size of the store. It isn't ever too busy, which is why I like to go to this location. Customer service has always been great. I would recommend getting a QFC card. It gets you a pretty decent discount. Not a great place to go if you need non-grocery items like toiletries, they don't have a great selection for these items and they are usually expensive.
