Never do an online order from this place. I ordered, drove in, and I watched them assist at least 8 people before they ever started on my order! It would have been literally faster to stand in line. People came and gone who came in after me.
I'm so incredibly disappointed. Most of my lunch break was waiting for my order.
The "your order will be ready at this time..." is not even remotely accurate.
I got my order 15 minutes after they said it would be ready.

Got a Door Dash delivery. They can't seem to read or comprehend orders here. I wouldn't recommend delivery. Make sure to get it in person. They gave me a burrito instead of a bowl even though it's clearly marked on the receipt. Missing ingredients from a kids meal. Funny thing is my 7 year old could point out these mistakes yet they can't? Lacking is what this place is. Not my first mess up here but will definitely be my last.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! This location is consistently out of ingredients early in the afternoon and the staff is consistently both rude and lazy. The location is DISGUSTINGLY dirty, we don’t even eat in there anymore because it’s horrible. Ordered online and got some kind of child’s sized burrito cuz they were out of almost everything and didn’t bother to notify us! With a company this wide spread, you’d think they would equip their stores to actually have enough food to last one freaking day open for business. This is absolutely insane - don’t go to this location unless you want to be charged full price just to leave HUNGRY and be treated like CRAP by their rude staff. This is the WORST LOCATION.

This place is next level gross. I love qdoba but this location is bad. I get it every week on division. The floors, counters, tables are covered in filth at this one on pines. The kitchen is so nasty its definitely breaking multiple health codes.There literally sliding your bowl through all the food on the counters. Like seriously just make a quick swipe with a rag. Even the glass protector by the food is filthy. I wish i would have gotten a picture of it. The kid managing the shift in the black long sleeve with the backward hat didn't give a care about anything. He honestly look liked the laziest one. The guy with the dark redish qdoba shirt was continously wiping the snot from his nose as he slowlllyyyyy made the uber eats orders. The guy in the yellow shirt was the best one on shift constantly hustling, greeting and communicating with the customers as the other employees stood there like bots. He should definitely be the one managing. There was a girl on shift as well who kept peeking out around the wall in the back avoiding the line. Being a business owner myself I honestly would fire every person in there besides the guy in the yellow shirt. They need to restructure the place before it gets shut done.
Food is delicious however they’re constantly out of toppings and never have your order ready for pick up. I really like Qdoba just hope they can get that figured out

Good place to get nachos because they make a big bowl on side and chips to go. So your chips don't get soggy also on way to go you can't get to much. Small bowls to go it seems they give you. But their nachos are good.

Worst Qdoba I have ever been too! Staff was extremely slow, with no one in line and still took forever to get our order. Cleanliness was horrible in the kitchen and dining area wasnt any better as it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks and one of the staff dropped steak all over the counter then picked it up and put it back in the bowl! One worker more interested in adding forks to a holder than helping the 5 people in line that where behind us, I could go on but wasting my breath. Will not be going back to this location!

I had reviewed this location once before, my mom and I have been customers for years and have never had problems with this location until recently. When I had left my last review the manager Kai approached my mom saying “I know what your daughter did” and asked if she would like to see a screenshot of my review. Which is extremely unprofessional. This location is always out of food. Today, we called to see if they had all of the ingredients and they said they did so we put in a mobile order. Instead of flour tortillas, mine came on corn. They also never open on time, so if you plan on getting lunch, make sure you call. They’re unreliable to be on time, and when you call they’re unreliable on being honest about what ingredients they’re out of. Edit: today they were out of chips and queso, so they gave us salsa and wouldn’t reduce the cost, even though chips and salsa is cheaper. ANOTHER edit, the past couple weeks the ground beef has tasted and looked extremely old, and today when i order on uber eats i paid 8.06 for chips and queso and they didn’t even give it to us. when i called the guy said they were out. if that’s the case then they should’ve given us salsa or something. so tired of this restaurant
3 members of there staff completely ignored my wife and I for several minutes while they had a conversation and laughed and ignored us. I asked to try the birria brisket before she put it in my food said ok then proceed to make my order with it. Worst experience I've ever had at qdoba
