i was told if i order the Lg side of guac (8oz) from the website or app instead of door dash, it comes with chips. i even requested chips. instead of getting what i ordered or a call stating i needed to change my order to satisfy what was requested i received a hand written note stating i only ordered a side and it does not come with chips. Unfortunately it was a co worker than wanted Qdoba as i have issues with them every time i stopped ordering food. they are always rude when called to have questions answered and they aren't any better in person. This crew is always working hard to push out the busy lunchtime orders. I never have to wait long for my orders and they are always exactly what I ordered and delicious. This location is horrible. They take forever. If you ask for double meat they give 1 scoop then a 1/4 scoop and charge you as if they gave you a filet mignon. Their drink machine was out of dr.pepper, root beer, and cream soda. I went back to the register to see if tea was available and Bryce checked out two other customers and then told me nothing was available. I’d be fine if he said we’re out of these things but I waited an extra 10 minutes. I’d recommend going to another Mexican restaurant in the area because this location of Qdoba is ran by teenagers that don’t really care about the quality of service or food they’re giving to their customers. I brought my kids here for lunch. The food was good. The tables were dirty. The guy that was next to the cashier was rude. My son's order was not complete. Overall, I was not happy with my experience. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This place was literally so busy when I walked in, and then only a few minutes later a giant sports team walked in. The staff was so friendly despite the craziness and my food was delicious. Chips were fresh and crispy. Only downside is they took away the Impossible Meat! Other than that, a 10/10! Plus I am just a huge sucker for those Coke Freestyle machines. The food was good, but the restaurant could have been cleaner. Area where food was had food slopped all over it. Drink machine was covered in spilled drinks. Tables, chairs and even the parking lot was covered in garbage. Beef was really dry and impossible to chew. They didn't even bother to address this complaint, neither in person or after this comment.
