Our daughter had a work lunch catered by this place and thought we’d like it… and to an extent it was ok. It was much like a Moe’s which we are familiar with… order your burrito and tell them exactly what you want on it…I also got iced tea… I was stunned when I inserted my credit card and it asked for tip amount! Seriously… I’m getting my own drink, eating out of obviously recycled cardboard ( which is fine but don’t expect a tip for this!) 10% was the LOWEST option! One mediocre burrito and a medium iced tea was over $15! Food was ok. Not spectacular! Definitely won’t be going back! This restaurant is a like Subway and Mexican food combined. Aesthetically, the restaurant is clean and very appealing. It almost looks like a coffee shop. Very modern looking. The food is pretty good. It’s not fast food cheap but there’s value in it. I recommend anyone to at least give this restaurant a try. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’m giving 3 stars because the portion in bowl is so small. The prices are higher and most restaurants have decreased portion size. This is a deterrent for me. I could see the price increasing because of inflation but to give less food is greed. I forgot to take photo. This will be my last time going. I really had a bad experience with this store. Basically I love Qdoba. And I took a chicken bowl and thank god it was a dine in. So I just opted for spicy chicken and it got mixed up with steak. I don’t really eat steak or pork. But the servers were good with me they gave me my refund. But her answer was like chicken and steak were beside each other so they might have mixed up. But so many Indians don’t prefer steak or pork. So it would be better I you guys keep your items clean and separate. Finally I was indeed disappointed with my lunch as I had to travel for almost 20 min just to throw my lunch in trash and get my refund. Hope, you understand my concern. Thank you. The food was horrible. The chicken was rubbery and it was lot of burnt pieces, tasted like charcoal. Very bitter. I literally had to spit it out. The manager made my bowl, and the portions she gave me were extremely small. My bowl is usually full, however, this bowl wasn't even half full. The service was okay, and the place was a mess. I don’t know if they have new management here, but I'm not used to having a bad experience like this. Making me doubt coming back to this location ever again. Favorite spot in town for a quick, easy meal! I could eat a steak burrito bowl every day of the week, and sometimes I heavily consider it. I'll miss the brisket forever, but the fast, friendly service & generous portions of fresh food always keep me coming back. Overall good! I've always been to Chipotle, but since Hattiesburg doesn't have one, I decided to try here. This is the second time I go to Qdoba and so far I've had a good experience... I love they don't charge extra for guacamole! One thing I noticed is that both times I came here the food was not hot and both times I came was during lunch time. That's the main thing that bothered me.. overall staff service was ok, they just want the line to move. An affordable healthier meal available in town. I love this place I go there so much they know me by name whenever I have a pickup order. The food is really good and a healthier choice when I don't want fast food or do not feel like cooking. Shouldn't have ditched the plant-based protein. It's not just the vegans that needed that alternative. The worst part is you took the plant-based option and replaced it with literally nothing.
