Pyrenees French Bakery has been making the best sourdough bread for over seventy-five years. Nothing compares. They bake it all right here in the back. The wonderful smell of baked bread will hit you when you walk in. They also sell other types of bread and rolls here. Go to any Basque restaurant in Bakersfield and you will find they only serve Pyrenees French sourdough bread. They don’t do credit cards here, be sure to bring your dough.
