Our server was prompt, and brought our courses of our dinner in a timely manner. She was very friendly and attentive! I only regret that I did not get her name to give her credit for being such an awesome waitress! Though since we definitely will be returning to Puzzler's, I will get her name and give her the credit she deserves in my amended review! Our appetizer was hot, fresh, and delicious! The salad was fresh, crispy cold lettuce and veggies! One of the best salads I have had in a while! I had the Prime Rib Panini, and it was hot fresh and delicious! I had a couple of Margaritas, which were well balanced mix of Tequila and Margarita mix! Of our group of 4 all were equally satisfied with our dinning experience! Now as my better half says, I will tell you the down side to Puzzler's? It appeared to be a sports bar, as it has several video screens showing different sports on each screen. The music was very loud, to the extent that we had to yell to have a conversation! The men's room door was propped open to the extent that people walking passed the open door could easily see one at the urinals! In addition there is only 1 stall in the men's room that has no door! Again puts one in the public eye when taking care of private business! So if you're like me, and value privacy when taking care of business, this is not at all a good set up! Visited for the first time with my sister and was pleasantly impressed by the exceptional service. Our server, Jan, was not only attentive and cheerful but also managing her first solo shift with seamless grace. Wouldn’t have known if it wasn’t for her telling us. It was a pleasure meeting you, Jan. We'll definitely return. The atmosphere was welcoming and deserves a perfect 10/10 rating. I don't usually write reviews, but this experience is well worth it.
