Hadn't been to Pump Haus in decades.... there are several great options in downtown Cedar Falls. Easy to forget some of the possibilities, but met up with some friends here. Had a burger topped with pulled pork and fries along with a couple of Surf Zombies. I was impressed. Attentive service and delicious food. I don't expect I'll wait decades to get back there. Was about to get up and leave because nobody helped us after sitting down. Finally someone comes walking over slowly asks if we've been helped. When I said no she asked for drinks. Took 10 minutes to get those. The time she came back with drinks and menus we'd already found the menu online and knew what we wanted. Then another waitress brought the food. Had no silverware or napkins so had to ask for that. Nobody came to check on anything until done with food. Both ladies were unfriendly and obviously don't care about any type of decent service.
