Love it. Good customer service. Everything I need available. Wish deli area had more help and a Ticket Service for Food to go/ Subs Plenty of parking store clean and well lighted. Cashiers friendly and efficient. Negative side:I do not like self scan. Somebody is out of a job.. and I don't receive any discount by scan and bag neither.. so that's the only negative Self scan. Yuk

Dawn at self checkout made my shopping experience such an enjoyable one . She greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. After continuing my shopping with my mother, we decided we would go to self checkout. Dawn kept coming over to see if we were doing alright, and between her friendly smile and positive attitude, we left Publix feeling happy. Dawn definitely deserves a pat on the back for her work ethics.

This review is pertaining to the sandwich area. I tend to order sandwiches ahead of time because getting a sandwich takes forever in line. However, whenever I do order ahead of time, the sandwich is never ready on time and I have to wait for it. This happens every time I order ahead and I try to order much ahead time to avoid this but still have to wait. This is super frustrating as I usually have a great experience with Publix otherwise. Today I went in store to order and there was only one staff member and 4 people waiting behind me. There should be more staff available to assist. For those making sandwiches often, there is no sense of urgency and workers move slow.

My husband and I are driving south, me on crutches with a broken "fibula" and we stopped at Publix to use the restroom and buy some sushi. As I was waiting for my husband, no less than 4 people (2 of them Publix employees) stopped me to ask me if they could be of help. This Publix and it's shoppers rock ‼️ Titusville you have some compassionate people living among you💚

Best employees ever. I was there the other day and was having a problem with my benefits. Card and the cashier pulled out her purse and paid off the rest of my bill. I told her no I would put it back and she said nope. You deserve this blessing

As with all publix stores, great place to shop. Their deli always has a great selection with great sales but be prepared to wait a little. We like to order online and pick up there. Bakery is always great. Amazing variety of food there... and a great selection of specialty items and international foods. My reason for knocking a star off is their parking lot... it sucks.

Shop here 2-3 times a week. Only complaint: deli department. Service is consistently horrible. (That being said, we tolerate the service because they offer Boars Head) It should not take more than 10 minutes to get acknowledged, let alone help. Especially if I'm the only customer standing there.

As always, store is clean, well stocked and staff is pleasant! I've only ever had 1 issue with a rude employee - only saw her for the 1 encounter and have never seen her since. Keep up the great work, Publix! Great customer service goes a long way, especially these days!

This store knows customer service! I don't know where they get their employees or who is doing the training but every single time I go in there, I am reminded what good customer service looks like. Last week I had a full cart and so I chose the cashier line instead of self-checkout. There were 2 people ahead of me and within a couple of minutes, the manager invited me to step to the next line as they opened another cashier line. Today, one of the employees noticed I was having trouble scanning an item and even before I could ask someone for help, he walked over and asked if I needed some help. These people are paying attention. They seem to be looking for ways to help their customers. Always friendly. Never a sigh or an eyeroll. This is a rare find these days. Thank you and keep up the good work! I see you and I appreciate you.

The store is fine but the deli is literally a disaster. Don’t bother ordering online because it will not be ready. I’ve never seen a happy person in the deli/sub line. I personally try and avoid it at all costs.
