Always good to shop here, managers can do better by having more registers open in the morning...if not people who go to else where..also food counter needs more food safety training. Watch the associates face touch my onion rings when he was reaching in for it. Yuk..worst part two managers and another associate witness it, said nothing. It must be the culture here..

The customer service here is next level! Prices are a bit high on average, but they have great BOGO deals and sales, and a good selection so I still shop here. This is one of the few stores where no matter what, I've always received phenomenal customer service. It makes the entire shopping experience better when every employee does their job well and in a friendly manner. Honestly, paying a few cents more for a guaranteed good shopping experience is worth it. Excellent professionalism for a grocery store!

Great staff. Clean store. Full selection of items. The only problem I have with this location is that the clientele is primarily very old, entitled, rude people. I come here about once a month, and the old farts are always there. Kinda cracks me up

Rotten fruit!!!! Do not order a fruit platter from this place or any produce. Go to Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s instead! They sell you rotten fruit hoping that when you get home you won’t comeback to complain about it. Then you have these rude idiots working here, all gaslighting you saying “oh it looks fine to me, smells good to me” and showing a mushy rotten watermelon that they used for my platter. They should remove that from the shelves immediately so no one gets sick! I have had it with this place and will never buy produce from here again! Every single time I buy a salad or fruit, I get open and it’s rotten. It’s disgusting and I am going to file a formal complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services! Selling rotten food to consumers for profit should have harsh consequences!
Spent a fun morning wandering through the aisles, looking at all the offerings. Don't love the prices, so I don't shop at Publix regularly, but it's fun to see all the specialty and fun items they stock. Thoughtful presentation of items, such as charcuterie beside the champagne, make it a fun stop.

Disappointed to see Publix reducing inventory on chips and drink in the Sub section. Almost no variety anymore. Used to have a lot of other options. Getting the same stuff and same flavors gets old fast. And I’ve started going elsewhere more often. Quality on subs is the same. Dry white bread, but everything is fresh. Bring back bigger selection! Your profit margins were fine.

I live in the area been here my whole life 30 years, publix used to be my go to for food and snacks but lately there staff at night has been very rude I understand its late and you want to go home but I am tried from work and I just want dinner and I have had many experiences at night where cashiers exhibit nasty behavior towards me and I just want my chicken tenders not for someone to make me feel less than a person because of my skin because at this point Idk what else it could be im very nice and well behaved I say please and thank you but they won't even greet me like they did the person before me awkwardly look in any direction but at me then checks my money to see if its real when they see its not fake then they start bag my snacks and put it to the side and walk away and start having a conversation with another employee almost as if my hard earned money was no good enough like I was no good made me feel so bad I wrote this and btw I hate writing so thanks for that jerk I drive and extra mile down the road to windixe with a smile ☺
Why is it that almost every time I shop here I see a cashier or bagger stop what they’re doing to reprimand-shame someone for putting a handheld shopping basket under the check out conveyer in the spot that looks and feels like it was created to store those baskets when you empty them at the register? It’s a customer service faux pas to shame a customer for neatly storing the baskets out of the way in that spot. Tonight, when I asked why I keep hearing employees at this store do that, the response from the cashier, Darlene, was, “We tried to put water down there to stop customers from doing that, but they keep doing it and it’s frustrating.” Then she and the bagger both told me that sometimes customers are sloppy and don’t know how to neatly put them under the conveyer and that it makes a mess. Now, Darlene definitely wasn’t rude towards me, as one of the cashiers (a female with glasses and dark hair—pinned up in a bun/pony tail) who is blatantly and consistently rude when she calls customers out the MOMENT she sees them put the basket down there… I think most employees and managers of this store are friendly, but I’ve never seen Target, Whole Foods or ANY other grocery retailer exhibit this snotty, rude behaviour towards its customers. Your leaders need to have a store meeting and tell employees to just build it into their day to check those cubbies throughout the day, just like they have to do with shopping carts in the parking lot. You fail the customer service test completely in this instance. Otherwise, the store/employees are great. But your store can do better. If I managed or was an executive for a grocery store I’d address that immediately and remind the employees that there are much, much worse things that customers do to own as your personal pet peeve. (Example: I don’t envy anyone who has to clean a public restroom! Those can get downright disgusting) So, leaders of this store, I’d like to hear from you with an explanation and justification for keeping this smug behaviour alive in your store.
