Picture this, you walk into the grocery store. The lights are bright, the floor is clean. The staff greets you as you walk in the door. That is this Publix. Don't get me wrong, they are not perfect. Particularly about online orders. I have had a few sandwiches that were just not right. I am a person with food allergies, when I brought it to their attention they were very apologetic and fixed the sandwich (this has happened a few times.) I did make a special order, I came to the store, smelled the fresh bread. Made my way to the counter with alacrity... and they forgot my order. But to their credit the had it the very next morning. So great job Publix!

I went to this place to grab a sub before I worked at Operation Christmas Child. The guy who helped me was incredibly kind, like more kind than anyone else I've met. I just wished I could tip. I don't know his name, but I just want to bring some recognition to him. Also, the sub was amazing. Italian white, toasted bread, mayo, spicy mustard, tomatoes, banana peppers, olives, spinach, finishing with red wine vinegar and olive oil. The best (in my opinion) recipe for a Publix sub.

The people bagging need better training. Cold with cold, frozen with frozen, etc and stop putting raw meat with other foods, especially produce. I’ve had this problem at multiple locations.

I’ve been going to this Publix for years and everybody has always been so helpful and nice… but today it seem like a new employee named Naomi just seemed to throw my groceries aside after she scanned them not a good experience. Maybe she needs a break… or a different job! Very rude young lady…

Ok. Publix stores are always clean. Usually good customer service. Great 10 for $10 sales going on. The bakery tables are cluttered like Kroger, but the product is a little better. Bakery needs to be better merchandised like Whole Foods. Or at minimum Sprouts (they could be a lot better as well). They (WF) always have a bakery team member out on the floor.

Overall, customer service was nice . Had to pick up a prescription at the pharmacy, and I felt rushed , serviced, and ignored at the same time I quired about routine meds being on auto refill. The young Asian woman was so focused on the other 2 people behind me. I didn't get that level of urgency when it came to me... I will probably be back, but getting my meds transferred to another location 1st and only time you have to show me who you are..

I typically don’t have issues at the pharmacy but today they made me wait 30 minutes for my meds and when I came back to pick my meds up they said they needed to verify my insurance! Why not tell me this 30 minutes ago??? Now I’m waiting again.

Disclaimer: I only gave 1 star because 0 stars isn’t a valid selection for posting a review on this platform. DON’T BUY GIFT CARDS FROM THIS LOCATION. My friend got a brand new, sealed visa gift card from here. She attempted to activate the card and got an error message that the card number was invalid. She brought the issue to the attention of the customer service clerk Christine, who tried to activate the card and got the same error message. The issue was escalated to store manger Lauren, & assistant store manager Bridgette who shifted blame to visa being the culprit for this issue. No refund was given to my friend. My friend hasn’t had any success seeking any reimbursement from visa because they require a valid card number to even get through the automated phone system. My friend requested that Bridgette remove all other visa gift cards to avoid the problem extending to other potential customers [since they are claiming visa is at fault]. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED: DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM THIS PUBLIX!! On another, but yet equally as serious note, my SAME friend and others have each gotten UNDERCOOKED “ROTISSERIE” CHICKEN FROM THE DELI. But it doesn’t stop there. She also has gotten stinky, “most likely bacteria infested” surimi from the seafood department! It seems the store is riddled with problems and I advise you not to trust your money in their hands! DO BETTER PUBLIX!!

Like all publix, this one is very good. The most friendly staff ever encountered in a supermarket, and I’ve been to a lot. 42 states and 31 countries. Bakery could have more variety, but that’s a common complaint of mine at all publix. They redeem themselves by having nice balls of freshly kneaded pizza dough.
