The service is quite strange, usually some workers are very impatient and arent nice at all when youre just trying to choose what you want. Also, its very dirty. Often when people come in, they can expect to find a dirty table full of crumbs and spills.

If you would like to find the most terrible service in town, definitely go there. Those girls not only gossips about customers in front of them eyes but is rude and angry. Love the products but won't go there anymore because of the service.

Cakes taste good but those small sweet pastries-not too good,some of them might be sitting in the shelf for a long time already and they put it sometimes on sale.One time we bought eclairs but when we tasted it the cream was spoiled.

Everything was tasty inside, but very bad customer service, they got very unhappy faces when peoples are coming. Staff over here don’t say even Hi or Hello for customers. Young girl is always angry.

Nice food but the service is terrible and the workers never smile, they practically called my grandma dumb and didn't have carrots.

Love this place. It has homey atmosphere, delicious baked goods and pretty good coffee or other hot beverages. If you're here on a cold rainy day, cup of coffee and a slice of cake, canelé or any baked good will lift your mood up. Eclairs, canneles, lazy cake(Tinginys) and cinnamon buns are the best things here

Everything is tasty but the service is very poor, just today i went to buy coffee I encountered with a women and she looked angry she literally thrown a cup, and there was less coffee that i usually get. I think that particular women need to change her behavior otherwise she should quit the job. So disappointing.

Once I get visited this place and pick up the coffee expresso.. I really enjoyed until big clean up woman show up and start cleaning floor up front of me so noisy.. running around the tables and chairs.. people who visited at this time avoiding to feel down.. because it's slippery...and no up front door any sign of Wet Floor.. I have had never ever saw this dirty job in US while customers eating.. .and after when Big dirty woman finished her job she came to girls to help them out on kitchen..no clean up her hands.. wow
