Chef Davide and Carla are amazing, very passionate and professional. They create delicious, elaborate and good looking dishes using easy but high quality ingridients.
Besides the starter and the main course you can have a great dessert, good coffee, and also fresh juice, local wine and craft beer to drink.
All the staff is very welcoming, helpful and genuine.

I have eaten here three times and each time is one of the best meals of my life. The produce comes from an incredible local farm so the food is incredibly fresh. The chef is so talented and creates a masterpiece each day. Definitely recommend coming here for lunch!

Above all, amazing project. I only give 5 stars when there is a combination of excellent food, excellent service, social awareness, and, most importantly excellent sourcing of ingredients. This place have it all. It's my best 5 stars place. And most amazingly you are contributing for a universe of projects which are so important, locally, and globally, towards a needed transition in agricultural systems.

PREC has a different menu every day with a single option per day. Everything is vegetarian and very often vegan. Make sure to ask if you need vegan or other dietary needs to see possibilities. Everything is organic and as local and in season as possible. In terms of price the menu is only 7.5€ so pretty cheap :) They also sell local beer from Mértola.
It is the perfect place to be part of if you believe in regenerative practices and meeting people with this mindset.

I had the most delightful dining experience at this restaurant. The sophisticated vegan cuisine made with local and organic ingredients was a true culinary delight. The warm and inviting atmosphere added to the overall charm of the place. It's also a great venue to learn about the innovative project of the Terra Syntropica association.

A place I've been over 10 times and I'm happy every time I go there, the team of PREC and Terra Sintrópica are both wonderful both as people and their work, and the food is always amazing. I highly recommend it! I've eaten there, drunk there and I've bough products (various).

I ate here over two weeks ago and I’m still thinking about my meal. Wow. I don’t even have words to describe the dining experience from start to finish other than, magical. Farm fresh, nourishing and so flavorful. PREC re-sparked my love for cooking and I’m happy to say I’ve been back chefing it up ever since my visit.
