Food quite OK but the serving like overpriced. If come with some salad vege I think should be better. I ordered the yamQ milk tea but I was disappointed with this drink. I can't drink any taro taste and seem like normal milk tea, mayb need some improvement.

Drink quite ok. Food soso, the spaghetti taste so bland. The chicken chop also quite bland. Overall food soso. Pizza the worst. Never order the pizza.
Price above average quite expensive for some menu.

Had the mango yogurt shake. Was good but im not sure if they used actual mango or just cordeal. Had the cheesy wedges and fried mushroom, was okay. Had the cheesy chicken burger. The cheesy part was awesome, but the chicken fillet was fried till stone hard. There is sich a thing as too crispy, hurt my gums. In fact most of the fried food was over fried. Which is a shame, the reestaurant looked clean and nice, very good ambience but food was so-so.

I left my personal belongings in this cafe carelessly. The staff help to keep it nicely. Very thanks to the staff, i forgot to ask for her name.
Anyway, this cafe has nice and cosy environment. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I will definitely visit again.

the food portion is very small, tastes disgusting. The waiters provided bad service and the price was very expensive. Basically anything u can imagine about a bad cafe.

Pre Tea Q Segamat, you can do better than that.
Just a past hour ago (estimated 9:33pm which was still in operating hour), I had made an online order via QuinPay, which is one of the online food and beverage platform (similar to Foodpanda). After the payment has been made, I was waiting almost half an hour to receive our beverage from Pre Tea. However, they made a call that all their beverages were out of stock (during their operation). They requested to postpone our order until tomorrow instead of returning our money!!! Excuse me!!! If your beverage was out of stock after few minutes, then it's reasonable that you may make such call to cancel our order instead of postponing our order. But it was not, I was waiting after half an hour then I was been told to postpone the order until tomorrow instead of paying back our money!!! Omg, this is quite unreasonable to call us after we waited our order for half an hour then only be told to postpone our order until tomorrow. Also, who will accept such offer for postponing the order until tomorrow instead of returning back our money? Anyway, I was disappointed on your service and no thanks for going back again.

Food tasted just normal with over priced.. just like the other milk tea shop.. The price were overpriced.. and the shop didn't have any noise insulation.. so you basically l y can't chat with your place if the place were crowded.

nice environment and the food and drinks is nice too. Suitable for family too coz have small playground for kids
