I came here with my kids excited to try this new location. They had for a while only 2 workers and eventually we saw a 3rd person. I went to stand in line and I was the only person. I stood there for a few minutes and no one saw or acknowledged me. So I went and ordered on my phone thinking maybe they didn't take in person orders....😂🙄 Then... we waited.... for like 20 minutes... for our food. There were a lot of people then who came and waited for their mobile orders.... there was a lot of frustrated people waiting for their sandwiches. People even walked out bc of how long it was taking for a cashier to come to the counter. Then I had a mix up on my order. I waited in line and told them. I think they had a panic attack and then asked to see my receipt... then after they saw I was not lying they gave me the right items... Now... for the flavor... it tastes like every other Popeyes and flavor was present... but... the wait is absolutely not worth it. I wanted to love this new location but sadly I will be avoiding it like the plague. After waiting over 10 minutes for my food I immediately regretted already paying bc I would've left and went somewhere else. They are WAY understaffed.... Yo this place is in desperate need of help. SEND HELP. Waited FOREVER. Popeye's chicken is good but not good enough for this wait time. 20 minutes went by, no food. The management is very rude… the older white lady literally was screaming at staff and was rude to a customer in drive… if this is how the company lets managers treat employees and customers it wont be open very long please do better popeyes! The chicken was good and that was all that was good. There was barely anyone in the restaurant. Service was horrible they couldn't make change and the Mac n cheese was so bad it was mush. The basket tasted fishy I don't even know how that would be possible. And I had to wait 15 minutes for a 2pc and 2 sides.
