First off, I have never written a review for any fastfood. Figured that's a waste of time. I just have to for this place because it's the worst service I've ever seen. They are always extremely slow here and terrible at their job. Last time I was here (inside building) there were only two people in line in front of me and I stood there for 40 minutes before she took my order and then another 30 minutes before it was served to me. Then, when it finally was served the chicken was hard and bad. I've eaten here 4 or 5 times in the last 6 months. This time I pulled into the drive-through with only one car in the line in front of me. She told me to wait immediately. I waited 5 minutes before she even began to take my order. By that time the other car was pulling away that was in front of me, as she began mine. (It wasn't busy at all). This time the chicken was okay, but the macaroni side it came with was all watery and disgusting. The cheese in it had a weird texture and looked like a sponge (see my picture), and it tasted terrible. I didn't finish it and lost money on the dish. They only filled up the Macaroni bowl about 1/2 full. I basically didn't get any, and it looks like it's the bottom of a pan. The service here is terrible. I would prefer never to come back here again but I was really hungry and enjoy Popeyes at most other places in Colorado. Love that chicken. Nothing better than Popeyes chicken. We were the only customers there, on a Sunday afternoon. Kinda sad, you'd think we'd get better service, it was ok. The second visit they were out of white chicken. My biscuit is now in my rock collection !! I'm talking hard as a rock, unbelievable. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Check your food! They don’t tell you if they are out of something and they just throw random chicken in the box! The one breast we got was old and dried out along with 2 of the wings. Chicken, undercooked. Folded over breast so it wasn't cooked in the center. Fries, cold and hard, biscuits not moist but warm I'd assume the business owner doesn't really fairly compensate their employees, for instance the McDonald down the road the employees have nice cars in the parking lot, good food, quick response time, happy people. Fatal service, in the morning that me and my partner spent our lunch in this place the manager who attended me inside had bad behavior and her annoying face, towards me and my partner and she had the same with her employees because she began to yell at them and then I send a lady to the dine in room as if she were a 5-year-old girl. This is the reason the service is very bad, because they do not treat the employees well. They want to give good service with a bad mistreatment of the manager. 40 dollars for service that was horrible, food that tasted like a some ingredients were left out, and cold even though i live ten miles away from this place. Arrived at location had to yell to get the guy to understand through the speaker. Arrived at window payed for food and waited five minutes to be told to drive around from as the pies wasn't ready. Waited in the front for ten minutes to walk into the place to be told the pies were not even dropped to be made yet. Waited another ten minutes. Got home and begun eating the food, chicken was cold (Microwaved to warm and still tasted bad), cole slaw was old tasting, and the biscuits tasted like ingredients was left out and very dry. This is the last time i will go to this Popeyes as this was the worst experience in my 40+ years of fast food i have ever had with Popeyes and I usually love eating their chicken at other locations. I want to rate this place well. Wait times are there but it’s not a big deal for me personally to wait a little while. Especially if the food is good. I have ate here about 10 times since they opened. Maybe more. I regret going to this place most every time. Unfortunately often when I have been here I have received undercooked or overcooked chicken. Uncooked chicken could kill me if I had a weak immune system or if I was a child and frankly as a parent it concerns me that they are not checking the food to make sure it’s cooked properly. I feel that over the course of them opening I have received a lot of poor food and a lot of food I could not even eat. The people there are very friendly and I don’t think the place is trashed so I I will give them that but unfortunately they are serving potentially deadly food and I feel I have lost countless dollars eating here hoping they have fixed the problem. I do not believe they will be able to fix this issue and i recommend everyone avoid this Popeyes.
