i went in and ordered a number 7 just the shrimp with a medium sweat tea and red beans and rice i start to drink my tea and there was white,brown, and black slimey chunk of who knows what . it wasn't part of the tea, this is disgusting and ridiculous . i drank half of the stuff so i didn't really get to get great pics but this is what was left 🤢🤢 Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I personally have not had any issues with this location when it comes to my food but when it comes to the service…that’s where it fails. None have been rude (so far) but they do have the worst service. They all have a face that stated that they hate their job. I also agree with some other reviews that prices have gone up a lot. Popeye's is expanding the menu, but not the price point. A nice tasting meal for under $10. More of this please. Shrimp Tackle box, 8 shrimp and fries (or red beans and rice) and money left over. I went to Popeyes on 9/19/2023 and bought a 10 piece mixed chicken and fries which cost me 23.00. They gave me 3 or 4 thighs which I paid for mixed chicken and the chicken seemed to have been sitting under the light a long time. Not fresh at all. Very disappointing to get home and discover that my order was totally incorrect. I was sent home with spicy wings. Normally I would check my order before leaving but this time unfortunately I did not. I totally assumed I would have exactly what I paid for inside of the bag. I was totally disappointed because I bought the chicken and fries for my grand babies which were unable to eat the spicy wings. I called back and advised the shift manager of my issue and she apologized and said she would post my name on the board to have my entire order replaced. When I returned today to have my order replaced the shift manager was very rude and acted as if I was an inconvenience to her and did not want to take the time to even look at the board showing my name and what order needed to be replaced. She was totally unapologetic and very unprofessional. She raised her voice at me and ignored me as if she wanted me to leave. She began speaking spanish to another customer and just ignored me when it was my turn in line to be assisted. She finally looked at me and said rudely, I can't do anything for you. After explaining that the shift manager on the day before noted my name and order for replacement she told me in a very hostile tone of voice to go get your receipt. I've never encountered such aggressive attitude especially when I was the victim. I will never recommend this Popeyes at all. Please stay away from this location. I promise you will be disappointed. John displayed excellent customer to me, was very inviting and courteous. Luis was nice and very helpful to another lady as I sat and dined. Food was fresh and order was correct. The chicken is good over there, but the drive thru is slow. Plus, the long line blocks cars from leaving when they're ready to go. That's frustrating, but other than that, the chicken is good over there. Food: 4 Service: 3

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and when I got home and opened it I saw someone took a bite of my food. Looked over it and there were teeth marks. This is straight up disrespectful. Don't ever come here.

I went in the afternoon at 12:00 to get a kids meal 1 leg mild and red beans and rice, the lady at the intercom could barely speak English and kept messing up my order, the young lady then came along looked like she was in high school had a bad bad attitude, also notice that it was no black employees at all, im starting to notice, that segregation is slowly but surely coming back, its clear that the manager is not black and hiring only Hispanics and have fired all of the black people, this needs more attention for sure Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very bad attitudes… I complained about a worker that walked away from me during a transaction. The person was very rude and inconsiderate. Addressed issues with the supervisor, she talked to me with her back faced away from me, making excuses for the worker, who walked away… Many people were waiting for their food… It was a very tense environment… There was a couple behind me, saw what was happening, they walked out… Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
