My chicken tenders were cooked fresh as I asked but they came to me raw. I didnt know they were raw, i just so happened to feel slimy stuff as I was eating and happened to look down at the tender. I showed it to management who was sitting next to my booth taking a break. Sure enough she told them it was raw!! She had them cook me more but my appetite was destroyed by then. Ordered 84.00 worth online. Got to Popeye's 45 minutes late and hadn't even filled order. Had no coleslaw. Waited 30 minutes at window for them to cook more plain chicken. Asked why they even had app to order ahead if they didn't fill it till at window. Did not apologize or offer any type of refund. Pretty much ruined my 85 year old mother's day. No foresight, rude, lazy people. Petal Mississippi, shouldn't have expected anything different I suppose.

Served old food. The Mac had a hard top, not crispy, and the cheese was like glue all around the container. This is ignoring the 15 minute wait time because they insisted on completing another customer's to-go order entirely before even taking the next order in line.
