I can understand why people like this place it's just not for me. I ordered delivery the other night and was disappointed in my pizza. The toppings come under the cheese which I knew before I ordered but I forgot what this means for pizza quality. When the toppings are under the cheese nothing gets properly cooked or picks up that delicious roasted flavour so it was kind of bland except for the flavour of pizza sauce and uncooked deli meat. I got pepperoni and mushrooms and the mushrooms were wet and the pepperoni had an overwhelming raw pepperoni flavour which was unpleasant. The pizza crust was also undercooked, barely any brown on the bottom so it was floppy and it was a lot thinner than I was expecting for a pizza that isn't advertised to be a thin crust pizza. The sauce is extremely acidic and there was too much of it on the pizza. One the plus side the crust had a nice flavour. The pizza here is also overpriced on all delivery apps so I recommend ordering from this location directly. $25 for a medium pizza with only 6 slices was a hard pill to swallow. If you're looking for pizza, look no further. After this experience, I'm definitely coming back to explore the menu. The mozzarella sticks are plentiful, they're not like other places where you'll get only 4 sticks. I don't typically like marinara sauce, but let me tell you - this one is good. The cobb salad was extremely fresh. I was actually shocked to see how perfect the avocado was, and that's something I don't typically call out. So if you enjoy salad, this place won't miss. Pop's special pizza literally has all my favorite pizza toppings, and using red onion elevates the pizza further adding more depth to the existing perfect symphony of flavors. This one was an easy pick - get it. Now the Tuna pizza was an adventurous pick since we've never seen anything like it on a pizza menu. All I gotta say is you need to try it. It's SO good. It's like having a tuna melt in pizza form. It makes so much sense. One last thing I wanted to call out is I really appreciated how clean and organized the packaging and preparation was. Yes, this place is only to-go for pickup, but when you open up the boxes, you know that the team didn't just throw everything in there. It was neat and presented nicely - I mean look at my pics! This place makes exceptional food! I have been undergoing chemo and have had issues tasting food for a week now. As soon as some of my taste came back, I decided to treat myself. I was really craving pizza and wanted more than Dominos or pizza hut. Researched places in federal way and came upon this hole in the wall that had great reviews. I was skeptical after seeing the higher prices but it was BEYOND worth the price! We got a Alfredo pasta and a large pepperoni pizza. The pasta was delicious but the pizza will keep me coming back. That was the best pizza I have had in a VERY long time. Every bite had me, my wife, and my 4 year old son wanting more! My wife is someone who will have 1 or two pieces and she ate 4 and made herself almost miserably full it was so good. I don't review food often but this place deserves it. It was so good we already came back the next day to try their sandwiches and will most likely be coming back every day this week to test everything on this menu. If you live in or near federal way and want pizza, look no further! This is the best pizza in federal way and it's not even close!! My tip of the cap to your chef! Tried Pop’s Pizza for the first time and it definitely did not disappoint! The meatballs were delicious and the portions were HUGE. We have leftovers and I’m not mad about it. A hole-in-the-wall pizza and pasta spot and one of several hidden gems of Federal Way neighborhood! Pop’s Pizza & Pasta serves delicious variety of pizza, pasta, calzones, hot sandwiches, salad, desserts and many more! Today, I have tried their Federal Way Pizza, which consists of shredded pepperoni, onions, garlic green peppers, oregano, mozzarella, parmesan and Italian sausage and Linguini Gamberetto - linguini sautéed with garlic, tomatoes, basil, mushrooms & prawns in creamy lemon sauce. Both are so delicious and flavorful and the linguini pasta was so creamy! Their Federal Way Pizza is highly recommended! I would definitely return to try more of their other flavors and also would like to try their desserts and hot sandwiches. Their ingredients and dishes are freshly made and they have very generous servings. They are only taking take-outs, no dine-in. Accepts both cash and cards. Plenty of parking spots in the area. Fast and wonderful customer service, the owner and staff are so nice! If you’re looking to find new pizza and pasta spot, make sure to give them a visit! Place has great authentic style pizzas, with the toppings underneath the cheese and a delicious crust to go with. Their chicken wings are also killer and for not that pricey of a spot it's pretty great. No indoor seating so takeout pizza at its finest. Wow, blown away by this hole in the wall spot! Got a 50/50 of the Acapulco Taco and Quattro Stagione pizzas. I have to say they are some of the most delicious and unique flavors I’ve tried. (Come on - taco spices in pizza form?! Does it get any better than that!?) Jam packed with flavor! Also got the pistachio gelato and carrot cake. I thought my girlfriend baked the best carrot cake in the world, but this place takes the cake!! So moist and flavorful, not too sweet, just right! I've always considered myself a bit of a pizza connoisseur, but I have to say, the Tuna Melt pizza I had recently was a game-changer. From the moment I took my first bite, I knew this was something special. Every bite was a delight, and I found myself savoring each mouthful. I couldn't believe how well the tuna worked on a pizza, but this restaurant had clearly found the perfect combination of ingredients and flavors. Though I've never gone in person, Pops is my favorite place to order from when I'm just too tired to cook. I've had their barbecue chicken pizza a few times, and my favorite is their Alfredo carbonara. All of their food is so delicious and I love that for takeout they use heat sealing tins, no other restaurants in the area use these to my knowledge and it's just a great touch of care. I picked up my pizza on site instead of delivery! Nice gal working the front she was busy yet polite and organized. The pizza was super yummy!!
