I was quite surprised to find a Ponderosa Steakhouse here. It was not the same as the one I remembered in Kentucky, but it was worth going to anyway. The salad bar was only about $2-3 with any steak or burger order. So well worth the money. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Returned 12 Dec: Still good food and a clean restaurant. The salad bar is superb. Loved the breaded shrimp. May 2018: Great food. A very clean restaurant. The service was good as well. The chicken wings were delicious. The steak was juicy. I loved the chicken with onions and the baked potatoe. The salad bar is outstanding. The salad was fresh. Three choices of soup and a variety of desserts. A must visit restaurant.

Food: The food is great for the price! The salad bar selection is not huge but is very well kept, fully stocked and clean. Order an entree and you get the salad bar for only just a few dollars more. That is the best value. Service: The cashier set set a tone immediately with a less than professional attitude. She spoke to us like she was doing us a favor by taking out order instead by us doing her a favor by keeping her employed. The waitress took out order to the kitchen and returned it in a reasonable time although she looked like she was sprinting all over the entire time we were there. They could definitely use more staff. She was slammed. She did offer us refills after we were done eating and I had to ask for more plates. Why the plates are not stacked by the salad bar is beyond me. Having to ask for plates takes away from what otherwise would be an excellent experience. If they are not going to have enough staff then at least make it so customers can help themselves. Cleanliness: The entire place had a neat, organized and clean appearance. The breakfast buffet experience was utterly atrocious. The food served was beyond disgusting; its taste and quality were simply unacceptable. Moreover, the atmosphere felt dingy, adding to the disappointing ambiance. Considering the exorbitant price of 13.99, excluding drinks, it was an absolute waste of money. The cleaning on tables and floors unacceptable very poor cleaning the food quality cold steaks and very smalllllllllll good lord it's like being cheap on the food the prices for the portions of any food is too high thy atmosphere is some ok the slow washing the spoons and forks and knives you have to wait for them cause there's none to pick up in the very beginning of the line and the buffet area is to smalllllll and not enough variety of food to pick of always the same you guys need are downnnn the drain whit all this this was one of favorite place to go an eat but from what i saw a lot has change nope nit going in there any more until all is fix this is the truth i felt very sad of allllll this you guys need to bring better and bigger cuts of steaks and serve bigger portions and a variety of new food and salad to the buffet area remodel the floors n bathrooms give a new look inside the place and better and bigger portions of food and bigger cuts of steaks and a bigger remodel buffet area you do all this then only then you'll have better profits bring a better chef and sue chef , then you'll see this rise again and the word will spread like a brush fire of people wanting to come in and enjoy a good meal of food you guys decide.
