Asada tacos are bomb diggity addicting. Grilled double corn tortilla, perfectly marinated and grilled asada, onions, cilantro, season to your liking with lime.
The chicken is also the best in all of Colorado.
One gripe: green and red salsa used to be available in bottles on the tables (green salsa is freaking amazing). Now you get a tiny plastic cup of ONE each with an order. Ask for more and they may/may not give you an extra, but they will unequivocally remind you no more.

Nacho Supreme
Their full chicken is absolutely amazing. It's a great place to stop by on your way. Again, I HIGHLY recommend getting one of their chickens. (I believe sizes are 1/4 1/2 or full.) Overall, it's a good place to come and eat.
Edit, with my most recent visit, I can unfortunately say that the food remains good, but the service has taken a turn for the worse.

This food is on point. Some of the best chicken known to mankind. The size of the portions is generous. The quality of the food is phenomenal, potentially the best chicken in northern Colorado.

Story time: I eat healthy. I was lead to this place by one day forgetting my lunch and a co-worker, being the nice guy that he is, was running late and asked if I wanted a a chicken from here. Hesitant at first, 26 bucks is kinda strap for a roast chicken (meal) vs 8-10 at the store. HO BOY was I wrong.
This is THE BEST chicken I've ever had in my life. Is there better out there? Probably but as far as I’ve found, this is it. I live an hour away and will drive to get this chicken (on occasion); It’s that good. If you’re a gym head like me, nothing beats the post gym caloric needs like devouring an entire chicken with some fresh beans and rice.
If you’re sensitive to heat/spicy, be wary of the Jalapeños that come with. Sometimes they’re miles, other times they’ve nearly caused a blow out. I say this and I’m a person that orders Indian and Thai Hot.
HIGHLY recommended. Get take out though, it’s a hole in the wall (which is how you know it’s amazing). You can sit and eat, but it’s quite confined inside.

This place the best authentic food around! I’m in love with the breakfast burritos especially the pork and red chili but they rarely have it!!!!! Makes me super sad. Love the people who work here very kind and professional. Amazing food.
