The food was pretty good, but extremely overpriced especially considering they skimp on the protein. I ordered tempura shrimp and ahi tuna and was only given one small piece of shrimp and a small portion of tuna. The amount of protein, mix-ins, and sauce was not enough in relation to the amount of rice given. The milk tea was not great, I expected better for almost $6. Service was horrible. When we arrived, the front door was locked and remained locked the entire time we were there. Numerous guests came up confused when they couldn't get in and had to walk around to the side entrance. The menu did not include prices. When checking out I was not told until after I had already paid for the order that there would be a 10-15 minute wait for the food. This wait time was not accurate, it was more of a 25-30 minute wait time and the food came out before our drinks did. The restaurant is too small and tables are too close together. It was very hard to have a conversation while waiting on food because we could hear everything the people behind us were saying. While the food is okay, it's way overpriced for what you get, and you really need to work on your time management. I only stopped in because I figured it would be pretty quick to get in and out. It took 35 minutes for me to get my order and it was just a poke bowl. Watching them make the food was like watching a snail - absolutely no sense of urgency. I was actually late getting back to work because it took so long. Considering there were three people working the line, it shouldn't take that long to make poke. Not what I expect from a place with such a high rating. This was my first (and probably last) time eating here. I've had hit or miss experiences with poke restaurants in the past. Pokenori was definitely a hit! The food tasted great and didn't skimp on protein! Ordered a custom bowl with brown rice, spicy tuna and shrimp tempura. Kinda sad I got a single shrimp tempura but the spicy kick along with all the juicy flavors was amazing. Highly recommend. Also the passion fruit bubble tea is DA BOMB

Nice place, friendly staffs, good food, great selections! It's the place for you to pick up an easy, good meal on the go. And it's hard to go wrong on pretty much all the combinations. I tried putting pineapple and raw salmon on the same bowl and it turned out surprisingly well. Recommend for people who like sushi or scared to try sushi, this will be a fun twist of the original!

The food is great here but the service wasn’t great. I was in a rush and my food was supposed to be done at 5:40 but it wasn’t even ready by 6:00. They gave my friend her food right away (she ordered at the same time). I then went up and asked about the food and they said they forgot about it. Not s great first experience.
