The restaurant lies within a makuti and limestone structure which gives it a local aesthetic. Pizza used very fresh ingredients, super thin and cheesy just the way I like it. The peri peri chicken flavour and salt was lacking but I did enjoy it. Also had a grilled octopus starter which was alright. The server was delightful and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Overall a unique experience (in a good way) - owners have clearly tried to do the best they can which is appreciated. Nice Rustic restaurant serving Seafood. For a local /coastal /Swahili feel then they are on point. Loved the Rustic open sitting. Best food in Mombasa! We had seafood pizza and pasta with octopus. Both tasted incredible! The staff were so friendly and the owner welcomed us very warmly. Atmosphere is very cosy and calm. We've just had an amazing dinner in the Poco Loco. The portion was huge and the fish really delicious and fresh! The staff was very friendly and helpful, we even got a lift to the ATM cause we had no cash. We will definitely come back!
