Wonderful experience! At a certain point in life, you've had so many meals and tried so many things that it's difficult to find food that's truly unique. And not that many restaurants really wow. But my wife and I had such an enjoyable experience here at Plumeria! We were so impressed with the creativity and variety of the offerings that we couldn't help but think of all the friends we'd like to bring with us to experience it as well. We'd highly recommend bringing friends and getting lots of dishes (family style) for everyone to be able to try multiple things. There are so many unique dishes, it's really fun to share them with friends tapas style. I'm not the kind to normally take pictures of my food, but the uniqueness of these dishes merited photos. And unlike so many restaurants where the food is photogenic but somewhat disappointing to taste, this food is designed for the mouth & soul. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I love the food here and atmosphere, it is worth the wait! Classy establishment with delicious, quality dishes. The ube pancakes are something I've never tried before and they were the perfect amount of sweetness, you can taste the quality ingredients. It isn't just a pancake with sugary syrup like other restaurants. Their short rib plate was also amazing! Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
