An absolute 5 stars for the bartender ( female ) who worked tonight . In all my dining/drinking experience this is by far the most professional member of staff hard rock has . I believe her name is amber . This is what professionalism Is all about . You should hear her speak with the customers . It’s the most pleasant and polite responses I’ve ever heard out of any body . This girls with her bachelors degree ( I over heard ) is gonna make some business a super success . Hard rock - promote this girl . I know some of your casino host who do not have the skills I think she has . What a pleasant experience at Plum this was . I wish I could upload the video recording of her inaction but unfortunately I can’t . Well don’t mind me say my dear girl - I’m the guy who ask you to spare a few moments at the bar to tell you how awesome of an employee and person you are . Continue being who you are ( wish I had 67 employees like you . I will specifically come on Saturdays if you are working . Thank you !

I met lots of cool people, listened to some great tunes, and peed on the ground outside. I had a fun night!! Could be five stars if it were not so smokey, they expanded the space (maybe a patio for the smokers), and had a better beer selection.

Girl at the Window fussing with the front counter and the cook the whole time. And nobody in the lobby wanted to hear her complaints about the cook and the other or the customers at the drive through.

Now this remind me like a hole in the wall Lol but listen don't knock or sleep this place smackssssss they have a fee the night we went it was like a $5. But smoke friendly and they have a DJ and drinks they party hardy down there. You like cool collective type of ppl got to stop there I believe 25 and up
