Plane & Level wasn't exactly what we envisioned, the experience here took flight nonetheless! We were promptly seated and immediately impressed by Jenna's attentive and knowledgeable service. Her expert guidance helped us discover fantastic wine pairings for each of our delicious small plates, leading up to the grand finale - the paella. It lived up to the hype, leaving us both satisfied and happy. A special shoutout to Jenna for making our Valentine's Day truly unforgettable! Cannot wait to come back and do it all over again! We had a great time at this restaurant! We sat at the bar and Janna took great care to explain the menu and the different wines that they have (great selection). My wife took the foie gras and i took the duck breast. Wow, both plate were excellent and worth trying. We finish with a great dessert a machingo cheese cake. Very nice ambiance and conversation with Jenna and the bar owner. We certainly make this a regular stop for us. We used to go in at least every other weekend. But something has changed and it’s not for the better. The manager only had one table to take care of, and she never even acknowledged us. Our server didn’t know who we were or what we order. She was nice enough, but as often as we have been there, everybody knew us. She acted like she had never seen us before. We went for the experience. That is gone now. The mood was strained, the service was bad, and the warmth was just gone. Probably won’t be back. Service Dine in Meal type Other
