Let me start of by saying they have one of the best pepperoni pizzas in the area. Well made and very delicious. Their subs are a hit or miss, they often come out burnt and hard to the point they crumble. The restaurant opens at a given time, but not really, their menu gradually opens as the staff get the restaurant ready for the day. I spent 20min waiting in the parking lot for the restaurant to be open, after calling and getting told to wait. (This was 10min before opening... Fine) but then 20mins after opening, I call and get told the product I want I still can't have because now the oven needs flaming. I thought you were doing this already? This is a pizza place after all. I just find it rather funny. The food is decent. Atmosphere is what you get for a mall. Staff is a bit of a *Grey area. I like it for its pizza, otherwise places such as Bird and Co are a better treat on the same price range... If I could give a minus star I would. Waited an over hour for a delivery. Came and took the pizza off the back seat. Not even in the delivery bag and when I said if the pizza is cold I won’t pay for it and don’t want it. He basically chucked it at me and said have it. Wow. I ordered 3x pizzas and 1x Alfredo pasta and all the meals were very displeasing to put it lightly. The pasta was gummy n bearly had cream or salt or any flavour and it cost R98 what a waste. The pizzas had no flavour or taste, only the coke was exactly how it should be. Wasted R450 how sad. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person R 450–500

A staple dinner when we visit the area. Was very excited to order a pizza under the new management, but they messed up our order and gave us a small pizza instead of the large we asked for. My boyfriend was hungry for the rest of the night. Otherwise the pizza is very good and the chicken wings are fantastic.

Awful service! The cashier asked me numerous times what about a tip, that normally comes after service? But received none! Waited 45 min for our pizza to receive them cold! Went to the counter numerous times to enquire and was told still in oven to receive cold pizza from the window. Children couldn’t even eat them as it was cold and chewy. Shocking will never return
