I stopped here with my three little boys after a day at the Science Center. Everything about this place is great! We ordered online, but decided to stay and eat because we were so hungry. The staff was kind and accommodating! They quickly got me plates, napkins, and forks, and even turned on a kids show on the TV.
The pizza is delicious! My kids loved their cheese slices, and I enjoyed the crispy, pepperoni. I was happy to hear from the man at the counter that the ingredients are fresh and everything is made from scratch there. I searched information online about this specifically, but couldn't find it. I'm always pleased to support a family owned business, that takes pride in their work. Also, the pizza slices are huge! I ordered an XL, and we left with half a pizza. For under $20, it was a great deal! We will definitely be back when visiting downtown.

Cheese Pizza
Ordered on the slice app for a quick dinner pickup. Service was friendly when I arrived and food was ready to go. Pizza was pretty good, and the wings were decently sized and delicious. All in all a solid choice for a quick pickup. Not much room for dine in, but I was in a nearby hotel within walking distance, and was an excellent choice for a weeknight dinner.

Guy working the counter seemed friendly. Nice restaurant has seating. The pizza was terrible though. Got a small veg for $10. Pizza was soggy af. I’ve tried a lot of veg pizzas and never had one so wet. I get veggies have water but they definitely need to find a way to dry them out. When I worked at the pizza shop we never stored our veggies at the cook station in the water/juice they usually come packaged in. We would drain them then fill our station containers, just a suggestion. I tried putting it back in the oven when I got home to cook it longer but it was just too ruined. I could only eat 1.5 slices out of 8 before I was just over it. Sucks… I was really excited to try this place.

Amazing pizza may I say the best I’ve had in Cleveland. The man who helped me was extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. The inside is awesome, and they make the pizza fresh. For sure recommend if in the Cleveland area!

I've ordered from here many a times before I had a bad experience on 2/12/24. I wanted a med. Cheese pizza with thick crust, which I have ordered before , instead I was charged 18.99$for a Chicago deep dish. I used my credit card so I didn't notice till I got home. The pizza was a mess and I would never pay that much for a pizza ,, EVER !! WELL. MAYBE ANGELOS !!! SO I CALLED AND THE GUY ARGUED WITH ME AND TOLD ME TO CALL DURING THE DAY WHEN THE OWNER IS THERE SO I'VE TRIED TO CALL 2 DAYS IN A ROW SO I COULD TAKE THE PIZZA TO SHOW HIM AND TRY AND GET MY MONEY BACK BUT I GOT NO RESPONSE CAN'T GET A HOLD OF THE OWNER. I ENJOYED MY PAST EXPERIENCES FOOD WAS GOOD BUT THIS TIME REALLY PISSED ME OFF..

Ordered the Hawaiian pizza, cinnamon sticks and pasta for delivery.
The pizza crust was overly soft and spongey. It tasted okay, but the texture was kinda off-putting.
The cinnamon sticks were basically just bread, not to mention they were also similarly spongey, and the pasta was bone dry. 90% pasta, 10% sauce.
Overall, incredibly overpriced at best (these items + 2 sodas cost $55) and downright bad food at the worst. Also, I requested a side of marinara sauce and did not receive it.

Stayed at the hotel across the street for a concert. They're open late so it was just convenient when we were getting back and hungry. Didn't eat inside but the workers were very friendly while we waited for the pizza. The pizza and cheese bread were so freaking good! I've only seen cheese stretch like this in TMNT cartoons. It's a shame I live so far away because this would absolutely be my go-to pizza joint for life if I lived in Cleveland.

Probably the best cheese pizza I've tried in my 10 years living downtown. Went to give the place a try after seeing one of the brochures and I would definitely recommend giving them a try. Owner is experimenting w hours for now so definitely give them a call first to find out how late they'll be open on any given night. Affordable prices too. Hopefully it'll be consistently this good.
Update: ordered 3 more times and each pizza was just as consistent. Very impressive 👏

The pizza was OUTSTANDING and the service matched. I ordered a Large Deluxe and a Large Meat Lovers for our office Luncheon and we were surprised with free breadsticks which were delicious. I will Definitely order again. Highly recommend Pizza Melt.
