The BEST pizza I've ever had! The BEST gluten free crust I've ever tasted! For anyone who is gluten intolerant, you know that gluten free can often mean dry and flavorless. This pizza crust tasted better than most crusts out there with gluten in them. I got the special cheeseburger pizza. If I had one word to describe it I would call it PERFECT. We had the spinach and artichoke dip which was also gluten free. Our dessert was a gluten free brownie (Molly bar) sundae. I have never been to a restaurant where I could eat every course of the meal! I was incredibly impressed at the end of our meal when we got our bill. Each aspect of our order that was gluten free, was indicated of the allergy on the bill. I have NEVER seen a place so attentive to this. Not only did they have gluten-free, but they had dairy-free, vegan and vegetarian. Our server Caila was absolutely phenomenal despite being very busy. She managed to take care of any need we had and was very attentive. EVERY staff member that we encountered was smiling and pleasant. One of their seasonal desserts right now is an orange dreamsicle cheesecake which my boyfriend really liked. The only thing I would change about our dinner would be to have it be a little less noisy. That said however, I expect a lot of noise and activity on a Friday night, and this would be the case anywhere a person would go on a Friday night. 10/10, I do recommend! We went to this place for the first time and the experience was really amazing. The ambience was very good and the servers were very friendly. We could find a lot of vegetarian options at the place, this the most thing I loved about this place. I would definitely love to go here again with my partner to try other delicacies. We ordered lemonade (which was free refills), we ordered focaccia as appetizers and mushroom pizza as the main course. Really loved what we ordered. Amazing pizza, easily the best gluten free I've ever had and my wife loved the vegan rinotta on her pizza. They have a huge menu that offers Gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options as well. Ordering and pick up was very easy and staff was extremely friendly. Food excellent, service is super, atmosphere is ok depending where you sit and what you attract. Pizza so fresh the crust is a must eat, drinks taste fresh(liquor), and servers aren't breathing down your neck they want you comfortable and they're talkative. After enjoying the downtown location back in June, we were in town again for Ed Sheeran and wanted to go! The Richfield location was a great in-between spot from the JW Marriott at MOA and the US Bank Stadium. The food was excellent as always. Great beer selection. My daughter had a gluten-free pepperoni pizza, and everyone else ordered pizza by the slice. The veggie with sweet chili sauce was my favorite! Update 8/19/23 - ordered half rustler and half veg cheeseburger. While the rustler was good, the latter was extremely disappointing. It was missing half the ingredients (lettuce, onion, and sauce to name a few). Also, there was not much burger on the pizza and it was pretty dry. We had this a few weeks ago from another Pizza Luce location and we enjoyed it. Not sure why, but there’s a server decline in quality at this location as of late. Will not be returning. Adding new pic. Update: 7/27/23 - ordered a pizza - half rustler and half the veggie peachy. Unfortunately, they made the veggie version with pork belly! We didn’t realize till we had a few bites. Imagine our shock! We are extremely disappointed with the kitchen staff. As vegetarians, i can honestly say that we’ve lost our confidence with ordering from this location. Dropping from 4 stars to 1 star. 4/1/23-Excellent pizza. However, we waited for 30 mins for a seat. ( we were originally told it was a 15 mins wait). When I spoke to the hostess, they apologized because they forgot. The trivia also got s little too loud. Will return for curbside pickup in the future.

Moved out of the cities a few years ago during Covid to our cabin outside the Eau Claire, WI area. I find myself always going back to Luce for a couple "Pep Slices" anytime I come back to visit Minnea . Never disappoints!!!
