There are also facilities to reserve a special area for special events. In general, this branch is on a level that can be recommended to others. This is the best place to have quality pizza. This is my favourite Pizza Hut in Sri Lanka They make the best of everything There mango juice was delicious and thick There garlic bread is just perfect There pizzas are simply scrumptious They have lots of parking and you can park and pick or order delivery. Or you can eat in like we did Plenty of room in the dining area Thanks pizza hut

I went to dinein (lunch time) with my family on the way back to Colombo. The staff was very friendly. The person who took my order (Dahami) gave me very valuable advice to go for day's offer and saved me on the prices. I realy appreciate it. By the way the dine in area has a nice view of the river. The staff was friendly but lied about the beverage that we ordered. We were given a bottleed milkshake without any expiry dates or other info, and told that it was made onsite and bottled up just then and there. We would not have ordered if we knew that it came out of a bottle. Very unsatisfied with the Ratnapura branch and the behaviour Service Dine in Meal type Other

There was a guy called Lakshan at the counter who talks very rudely to customers. Went there for a date with my wife and his unprofessional behavior ruined my entire mood! We don't expect such behavior from a Pizza Hut employee. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The atmosphere of the store and the layout were very nice. The customer service was satisfactory and the staffs were helpful. The taste of the foods were great and the quality of the ingredients was also good. The speed of food preparation was really good. Acces and the parking facilities were quite Okey.
