Hardley any cheese on my pizzas. Pan was the same thickness as the hand tossed pizza we ordered. I should have listen to the reviews. First time ordering from this location. Service was decent, but you got to put cheese on pizzas. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

In the past week I ordered from this restaurant twice, the first time my ordered arrived late, while I was on the phone with the store I seen a car pull up in my neighborhood (I was standing to the window) I was told my order should arrive soon, 6 minutes late the delivery man comes out of said car he was on the phone while bringing me my pizza! Second time my order never arrived, being told they delivered my order via Door dash mind you I ordered directly from the Pizza Hut website. I had to call the store 4 times and I requested a refund wasn't given one, because door dash said they delivered my order even though I wasn't provided any proof nor was I informed prior to my calls that my order would be delivered by Door dash! It was hard to believe this way a new store. Not enough staff. Not only was my order wrong but my pizza was also dried out crust and burnt. Pizza Hut use to be so good. You will be better off spending your money at little Caesar.

Absolutely disgusted with our delivery. Wing sauce was running down and inside the smashed pizza boxes. Everything was covered in buffalo sauce. The pizza was cold, and the driver didn’t say a word when I grabbed the food covered in sauce. Every box was smashed.

Kaitlyn was amazing, she is the manager of this establishment and to say she was the only person working cooking, prepping and ringing up orders is an understatement. Our order was prepped just as fast with her being the only person as it was with the store being staffed. I can’t believe she was the only person in the store besides the delivery driver who looked like they were taking as many orders as possible out to deliver. I really hope that this store can get staffed with employees that are just as dedicated as the staff of two was tonight!

Giving them a 5 because they deserve it. Short staff it's hurting them but the customer service is there and its great, be patient and considerate. Food was great and happy they still here, I would suggest if can reach by phone go in person and place order . They will take care of you

I ordered online tonight 1 large supreme pizza. It was disgusting. The sauce was sweet..ugh... it cost me $35 for 1 pizza and a tip. If this is normal no wonder people why can't afford to eat out.

I will never order from Pizza hut again. I tried to order couple weeks ago and my order was delivered in horrible condition. Got a credit from the a credit mind u .. then tried to order bout a week after that and was constantly hung up on got a hold of some sort of manager and got more added to my credit. Order after that thought I was using only part of my credit nope apparently pizza hut doesn't know what credit means when I came into day when I went to make a order was told they were out of dinner boxes and bread sticks and the credit I was issued was a one time deal either I used all of it or I lose what wasn't used a week ago this pizza hut location needs to be shut down immediately
