Update 01/16/2024 Ok im back once again because this same pizza hut here in Biloxi Mississippi next to Fayard gas station on pass rd keep screwing over my food everytime I order from them now this morning I order an large 3 topping stuff crust pizza from my free pizza coupon I received from corporate because they screwed over my pizza and honey bbq wings the last time and now the manager name Jackie And the employee Walter was working this morning and when I picked up my pizza something seemed odd about their behavior but I paid it no mind and when I made it home and opened the box the pizza was very flat and dried with no marinara sauce on it and bubbles in pizza with barely any cheese like come on guys yall joking right? So I called up to the store and Walter answer he quickly tell me to hold on and run to the back where the manager Jackie was and all of a sudden I heard them both laughing away which was odd and Walter never came back to the phone so I hung up and called back then Jackie answered and I told her I was aware of you and Walter killing ya selves laughing because yall sabotaged my pizza on purpose and yall both need firing and Jackie said no one was laughing at you we was laughing because we was trying to figure out how to fix this problem for you like really thats suppose to be funny screwing over people food wow and Jackie a manager with that kind of behavior please someone investigate this pizza because everytime it make me sick like they put nasty things in my food thats horrible! FIRE JACKIE AND WALTER THEY WILL PUT NASTY THINGS IN YOUR FOOD AND MAKE YOU SICK TO THE STOMACH YOU BEEN WARNED! Bbq boneless wings barely had any barbecue sauce on them i was mainly eating plain chicken and they was very wrong this the second time this happened to me there its like every night when them kids in there working they just mess over people food like thats horrible! I ordered a pepperoni lovers.. counted a total of 23 slices of such. Inflation keeps hitting hard.. oh and yes I did talk to a very pleasant person when I complained but it must not have been the same employee that I dealt with at the store. I never get everything I ordered. Something is always missing . It never fails with them . They never make the food how it’s suppose to be made . It’s like there always having bad days . Cinnamon sticks be super dry with a bunch of extra dough , pizza don’t be fresh , wings are ALWAYS DRY . Like if you hate your job just quit . We need people working that enjoy making food for others . Not people just doing anything waiting to clock out . This looks like a new location. Pizza Hut Quality. They had a special buy one speciality and get a single topping . Only had to wait about 15 min. Good Service looked very clean. I like their Super Supreme. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

RIPP-OFF Pizza Hut pass rd. W Biloxi Ordered a large meat lovers for $20. It was just $3 more from medium. When I got home it looked small so I called and asked how big the medium was, she said 12" and the large was 14". I took it back and then they told me the 12" is a large. It shrunk in the oven 2" Lost $20 along with my apatite... 👎P

These guys are hit or miss. Sometimes they are great. Others…. I’ve actually had to call them quite a few times about toppings. So now I’m putting out pictures. The right side is supposed to be sausage, black olives, and mushrooms. I got 1 good slice there on the bottom……

I am an avid customer at Pizza Hut located at 2176 Pass Road in Biloxi, Ms. I’m talking a pizza every day and from the time I walk in the level of customer service is beyond satisfaction up until the time I leave… The level of professionalism and cleanliness of the store exceeds my expectations every single time I arrive and I’ve been eating at the same restaurant since 2018 not to mention I live like right next door.. my pizza is always fresh and the employees are always smiling and upbeat which radiates DEDICATION… for those who complain about delivery time should try PRE ORDERING ONLINE, quit being lazy and drive to get it because the pick up time is always 15 minutes or less and the price is way cheaper… ijs that’s my secret to WALKING IN AND WALKING RIGHT BACK OUT.. All in all, I love my PIZZA HUT FAMILY

The staff was very helpful making us feel right at home. They offered a suggestion on an unadvertised special to upgrade our, that was well received. Pizza lived up to the quality I have been accustomed to, just what I wanted. Wonderful.
