If there was an option for 0 stars that’s what I would’ve done, sadly there’s not. Just yesterday evening I decided I wanted to get some pizza for my family. I was driving home from work so my wife ordered it online and I went to pick it up. I had read some of the reviews before coming to the Pizza Hut in Franklinton la but decided to try it out for myself regardless the harsh reviews they had. The reviews proved to be right, I ordered a one large pizza a large three topping pizza and some cheese sticks with a 2 liter. When I went to pick it up I could tell something was off because of how odd the staff acted she said would you like to see your pizzas and I said yes so she showed me the cheese pizza and it looked right but couldn’t get the three topping pizza box open so I said it’s fine. They were hot and looked good so I decided to give a tip of 5 dollars to counter the 33 I spent on the meal online. Not only did I come to find out that my three topping pizza was just a pepperoni pizza but they also charged my card a full 38 dollars instead of 5 more dollars that I tipped on the ticket. My wife called I called neither one of us was fortunate enough to get an answer. If you don’t want to read this review then please understand that the reviews in here are true and these people could care less. Don’t waste your money, go somewhere else. Pizza was good! When I arrived, 2 employees were behind the cash registers having a full on conversation and totally ignored me. After about 5 min, they said, "Can I help you..." Apparently they don't deliver, but tell me that they are unable to change their status online to pickup only. After almost 2 hours off watching online that my pizza was still cooking. I finally got someone on the phone and was told this. They had my phone number but never called me to let me know. I was told that they were waiting for someone from GrubHub to pickup the order! Went and got my pizza, of course it was cold.

Ordered pizza from Franklinton, LA and it was the best pizza ever! My 5 and 6 year old grands even said the best ever!!

The manager (female but didn’t get her name - probably April mentioned in other reviews) forgot to make my wings. (2 orders along with pizza and melt). Cashier offered all of my order but the wings. She apologized and ran to make them. She made one set. Once she realized her mistake, she asked the manager to make another six to complete my order. An hour later, I am still waiting. After I saw the manager put three wing orders into a delivery bag, I asked where my wings were. When I mentioned I wanted a full refund and all of my food, the manager ran to the back to hide knowing she is the only person who could give a refund.

I tried calling 12 different times. The 13th time I walked into the store with my phone ringing asking why they was not answering the phone. The whole time there was 4 works standing around talking. I then asked to speak to the manager and he came up with an attitude and said they are busy, but when I pulled up all but 1 was outside including the manager. There was also 2 people the managers brother his girlfriend in the kitchen who the manager himself said did not work there. I would like a return response please.

The manger April has no customer service skills. The food is not cooked properly and the manager April doesn't want to give refunds for less than satisfactory, she lied about my refund being picked up by another person. Had to actually call the police to get an incident report put on file because I was asked to leave the premises for demanding my refund. Just the worst experience I have had at any fast food establishment.

I ordered online for vehicle pick up. I responded to their email that I was in the parking lot. No one came out. I called them, no one came out. After waiting 15 minutes, I finally had to go inside to get my pizza. Several employees were in there. The cashier told me that she was busy and that she would have brought my pizza out soon. I had called before 2 other customers came in. I would have assumed that one of the employees could have brought out curb side.

I have ordered every week just about. The last two times i have ordered i get my pizza and it is mediocre. Its warm not hot and last night my wings had 7 wings per box when it should be 10. I had two orders. Was supposed to get credit two times ago and have yet to recieve that.

Just ordered there around 4 my food got here at 6 with missing cheese sticks. I called down there and explain where’s my cheese sticks that I order with pasta and now I can’t even get them to answer my phone call. It’s either the delivery driver ate it or they didn’t make them!
