Literally 3 times I’ve placed an order, and they all 3 was wrong, I always order the big family dinner box each time I didn’t say anything the first time I let it go. The 2nd time the order was ice cold! Now tonight I got the box and one pizza was supposed to be ONLY SAUSAGE AND ONION! I’m allergic to mushroom and little and behold both pizzas had mushroom. And when I say my food was ice cold it was COLD. Then I was told by customer service that the whole order would be replaced. Now they are telling me I will only get a credit of 16.00 this will be the last time we order from this place. Then I’m sent to the store and the man who answered the phone was BEYOND RUDE! I will be calling corporate and I’ll never ever order from this place again. They was wanting the food back that was sent ice cold I mean for one that’s gross why the hell would you take the food out of someone’s house? So you can serve it to someone else! The drive thru just makes it 1000x better !! Always ordering online and when arriving they always have a positive attitude and I get my order in 5 min or even less but also depending traffic. Went to store to order. Waited 30 minutes on my car went on to get my pizza and cinabons. The pizza was ready but had to wait almost 10 minutes more to get my cinabons. Got home they gave me a pepperoni pizza instead of the pizza I ordered. I will never go here again, don't get me wrong the pizza was good. But I spent $14 more than the pizza I got cost..I live to far away to take it back..Need to work on customer service and delivery.😠 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had to call in over 8 times to try to place my order. I gave my order was placed on hold and was put back in the ordering que. I finally just drove there. My order was never placed and waited 20 minutes for my pizza. The customer service person inside was very nice and apologized, but it wasn't her fault.pizza huts ordering system has changed and it sucks! I was happy about the drive thru Pizza Hut, however the staff must not be used to it or the drive thru car alert must not be loud enough as I had to wait good 5 minutes for someone to come to window. I honked my horn, I back up so the sound would go off letting them know someone was in drive thru (& if I heard the bell from my car they should here it in the building), other employees say me, I yelled "hello" because drive thru window door was crack open.....then young lady come nonchalant with no apologies about the wait.....#customerserviceinthedotte 11/1/23 - went again, once again slow to come to drive thru, rude little Mexican girl need additional customer service training.....never will I pick up at this location 😑 Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Fast delivery the delivery driver was very nice and sweet the pizza tasted a little sweet for me but my taste buds have been off because of my sinuses just a little bit of salt on it and I tore it up

Normally the w 47th is where I order & pickup food, but have been going to 36th & state and since the initial visit bout a month ago that was corrected, I have received very good food omgoodness and sometimes good service. But predominantly all is good and that will be my go to place now. The food is bussin. 🤘

The first time I visited this location near 28th Street & State Ave, a customer had a complaint with the server that her order was not a good value for the money. The server called the manager, but the manager refused to refund the customer's money. I somewhat disregarded that experience and one month later ordered a pizza. When I picked up my pizza, the server was not pleasant but not rude. The flavor of my pizza was ok, but overall it was dry and lacked sauce. I think Aldi's Grocery has better pizza.

This Pizza hut has really great food and great service. They usually come super fast with great quality food. Theres only been one time where they have forgotten an item out of all the times we've ordered.
