Tell me how I place an order online at 2:51 pm to be ready for pick up at 4:15 and my food is not ready. We arrived after 4:15 mind you so I was wondering why all these people kept coming out after I sent my son in to grab the food. So I call into the store and first off the automated system advised me that my food was either picked up or delivered..which was not true ...so when I got a live person I explained all this to them, after I said my entire thing he puts me on hold without any warning mind u then some female answers so I have to explain it all over again. Bottom line my pizza wasn't even made yet but our wings were because they were not hot when we got home which is like 2 minutes away from the store. This is my first bad experience and hope its the last one or I will not be returning!! Pizza was good even though pizzahut couldn't get it together today.

Went in early evening on a Friday. Place was empty, when someone finally came to the front and we asked if we seat ourselves, she told us that " we don't serve you, you have to order at the counter then sit where ever. "
(Tone suggested we were stupid for not knowing this and we were bothering her)
We placed out order and asked about drink again answered us like we were idiots, gesturing to the cooler with bottled sodas.
We were handed two paper plates and thankfully a stack of napkins, as I had to clean our table (any we would have chose needed wiped off)
We had to get up and and retrieve our order after they yelled that it was ready.
Pizza was in a pizza box... not the pan like us old timers wete grew up on.
Bread sticks were NOT what they used to be, bagged and a tiny cup of marinara.
Pizza tasted good and was hot.... only positive out of the entire experience.
Very disappointed, most likely a lot of changes due to the pandemic 4 years ago, but we may have accepted it, if it were not for the lackluster service. But this was NOT the Pizza Hut we remember and we unfortunately probably won't be back.

This is in regards to the Lebanon, PA, Pizza Hut. I've had several problems in the past with their curbside pickup, but the last order was brought out with little delay. The most recent order, however, was not brought out. When I went inside to get it, the clerk seemed confused on how to find it, even though it was on the curbside pickup counter right behind him. When he finally found it I asked why they hadn't brought it out. He answered that they don't do that. I said that it was on the app and I confirmed when I arrived. He said that wasn't their problem. The food was OK. The service was terrible.
Done with the hut. Just got my pizza delivered. Opened one pizza box and the cheese was stuck to the top of the box. Opened the other and guess what? Same thing. I just paid $67.32 and this is what I get. You would expect better service for that amount of money. Going to stick with One of the other pizzerias. Sad though, I use to love Pizza Hut.
Pizza good stay away from honey pizza and thin crust but the New Yorker is banging

Scott Lutz the manager needs to get his employees under control using racial slurs all the time for getting multiple orders wrong just a horrible overall experience

Cheese Pizza
Our pizza was cut horribly and completely uneven. Toppings were slid to one side of the pizza including the cheese. Our thin crust pizza was stuck to the box. Indidnt say anything about that to them. But then....Our ultimate cookie had a chunk taken out of it and when I called they wanted me to bring back the old one and pick up the new one. I had the original order delivered. I told them they could have the old one back but I wasn't picking up the new one. Took them over 30 minutes to bring the new one back. And never once did they ever apologize for it. The girl that answered the phone had to speak to the manager because I wouldn't pick it up. Manager had nothing to say either. The worst customer service! I'm in customer service and that is not how I handle my customers or id be fired. I'm glad this was a needed dinner spur of the moment because I will not be ordering again.
