Worst Pizza Hut ever! The food is always cold because they use a delivery service to deliver their pizza. Horrible customer service and quality of food. Don’t call this place they suck soo bad. I need to open a pizza place here and will be a millionaire. Because they suck soo bad and there is no other pizza delivery place around Temescal valley.

I had a long hair in my pizza, found it in my mouth when I bit down on a slice. I had fuzz in my brownie, found it before I ate it. The pizza was cold, flat and tasted worse than a frozen pizza.
They wouldn't process my Credit Card online because I didn't want to leave a tip (prefers tipping in person with cash). Pickup time was reasonable, they did act like it was urgent to get me out the door while the machine was still processing my card.. Anyway, this was a pizza for myself, not to share since no one was home but myself. I had a couple slices last night for dinner, and 1 today for lunch, pizza stored in original box in the fridge.. So when I went to get 1 slice for lunch today, I found short black HAIRS in the end of the stuffed crust, and I'm not sure where on the body this is from or which employee it belongs to, but it is disgusting and now I'm unsure if I ingested someone's hair last night unknowingly.. We recently had a problem with the bottom crust on a stuffed crust pizza being like hard cardboard the general manager Amanda Johnson was very quick to respond to the problem and offered great customer service, we were given a credit for our next pizza which we ordered today 6/18/ 23 and it was delicious and perfect, it proves sometimes thing go wrong, and it’s how great customer service can correct the problem! Again thank you Shannon, awesome response and great pizza!
Ordered a pepperoni pizza on the app, and was given the wrong order. Told the staff that they messed up the order, and the manager, Rachel, started yelling at my dad for no reason, when we just wanted to the right order processed. What kind of customer service is this? First, YOU (Pizza Hut) messes up the order, why is on the customer to rectify it. I will not be going back to this location. The quality of the pizza was poor, the crust was dry and thin, and honestly tasted like cardboard.
The food is ready for pick up quickly. Everyone was polite at the restaurant, and the cashier even gave us a coupon discount without even asking good service good food good prices what more could you ask for from a pizza place?
