The pizza didn’t even taste good. First time for that in a long time. And not made correctly! UPDATE: Soo disappointed in myself for going back!! The pizza was missing a topping and the CRISPY melt was just a soggy mess! Manager so very rude and has a bad attitude, that I didn’t even call to complain! Why should I have to come back and waste my gas, or interrupt what I have going on for your mistake??

I purchased a specialist stuffed crust pizza, it was good, I also ordered 12 buffalo mild wings... literally taste like a dirty sponged mop water... very disgusting oh well thats why I tell myself only order wings from a wing place .. learned my lesson again Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This location has improved during the pandemic … in the past, when picking up your pizza, if you didn’t check the box prior to leaving the store, odds were about 50/50 that you’d have mystery pizza when you arrived home … like they made whatever they felt like … they’re hitting a perfect score with me these days when it comes to order accuracy. Avoid getting bacon as a topping unless you want pizza that’s dripping in excess grease. The cut of bacon they use is all fat - it might taste good but it’s a dripping, greasy mess!

I had a bad experience last night. The food was cold they were missing multiple toppings. Incredibly busy very understaffed the manager seems not to care at all. Enter top it all the food seems very rice and sloppy. Very disappointed for a major pizza Chain.

I've been eating here for dinner since 2014 and the service is amazing. Food and employees are 100%. If you want good food and great service, come to Baytown. You won't be sorry. Football season may vary, they get busy. Give them a break.

I’ve never been to Pizza Hut so on 5/22 at 7:55 I asked many questions and I wanted a personal sized pizza but I was only informed on the price. The price was too high for a kids sized pizza ($8 for a pizza the size of my hand and I’m a small woman.) I went back in to ask if u could exchange it for something else and pay any difference but Krystal in turn tells me they don’t do refunds because it’s already been cashed out. As a person who works in the food industry that’s a lie also if it was true she should’ve disclosed that it was non refundable before closing the sale, but I didn’t argue with her and I just called Pizza Hut customer service and they told me that they do give refunds. Crazy because I was asking for an exchange. Anyway just leaving this so maybe Krystal can get some better training and better customer service because I also felt rushed and dismissed.

I so enjoy Pizza Hut! Great food. Great prices! They are fast and so delicious! They also have an amazing group of employees. They are always so friendly and knowledgeable! This is the BEST Pizza,Wing food joint around. Also I order on line and I've never had a problem unlike other places. Pizza Hut is #1 in my book. Thank you Pizza Hut for all the deals you ROCK.

Will never order from this pizza hut again. Took an hour to get to my house after leaving the store. Everything was cold and someone ate a wing and put the bone back with the others. Gross and very unsanitary!

I work here now.. nothing but great things to say about this location in Baytown Texas. We are growing as a community as of today.. so come in and get your pizza with great quality and on time anytime. PIZZA TIME AT PIZZA HUT!!!
