If you open at 11am then please update your Google. Customer service needs to be re-evaluated. I thought the franchise customer service was bad in Trinidad. ...do better.

Worst customer service ever. Always have to ask for your drink if u order a special. Only talking going on in kitchen. Over an hour for your order.

Ordered couple of chillers which was a big mistake it was not my usual cup of coffee. Everyone in my group that visited this outlet said it was the worst rituals they ever tasted period.
