Great food and service from Skylar. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had - she was so friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend a visit here if you’re looking for authentic Peruvian cuisine in an upscale environment.

My friend and I visited Pisco y Nazca at Reston Town Center for the first time this evening and wow was it amazing!! I’ve been to a lot of restaurants and this is now one of my favorites. Beautiful ambiance, solid beverages, and the place was packed (that’s how you know it’s good). Our server Mariano was excellent with his suggestions and attentiveness. The drink I highly recommend is the Lychee Chilcanos. If you like Pisco Sours you should try the flight. Our favorite was the Passion which was made with passion fruit and Angostura bitters.

💎 Callejero Ceviche (has octopus, fish, shrimp, calamari, cancha, rocoto, and crispy plantains). The yellow/orange sauce they had it with was amaaaazing!

Ion was amazing! He made sure to get out drink order immediately so we could take advantage of the Happy Hour that was about to end. He walked us through the menu and gave us several recommendations. His recommendations were ON POINT! Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

This was awesome! Food and service were excellent! Make sure you get the crab Avocado crostini dish! It was amazing! Only thing I didn't like was they said they were on a 2 hour wait for a table but the restaurant was more than half empty at 5:30 PM. We would have been out by 7 so I think they could have accommodated us, so we had to wait at the bar for over an hour for a seat and the restaurant was just starting to get full. Food was amazing though.
